I'm extremely disappointed with the huge gap between the hotel's advertised photos and the actual reality. My guest stayed for 30 days, and the experience was nothing short of appalling.

The continuous construction noise made it impossible to rest, and the room's condition was unacceptable. The toilet emitted a foul smell, and the room wasn't cleaned once during the entire stay. The hotel's communication was non-existent - 4 emails went unanswered.

The water dispenser at reception was always empty, and when refilled, the staff filled it with brown water that made my guest vomit. Unbelievable!

Booking.com intervened, but the hotel refused to negotiate or compromise. If you value your comfort and health, avoid this hotel.
