Disappointing
Pros:

Hmmm, what did I like about the hotel and room. I liked the view from the hotel, it's location, the fort knox style of security (😉)the staff behind reception and the hidden gems, the cleaning staff.

Cons:

Hmm, given the money that you pay. I expected more from this place. The room was tiny, especially compared to where i stayed the previous night, a 10 minute drive away. The food at dinner time was a little odd. Also, this is where I started to notice that at breakfast they put the supposedly hot food on hot plates. But then make the decision not to turn them on, so the food was pretty well cold. And I was there at the very start of breakfast, so there are no excuses. So sorry to say, if you're thinking of staying there. You could probably find better options.

It was a good experience to be in this property but a lot of improvement can be made.
Pros:

A quiet place to rest.

Cons:

The breakfast can be made fascinating.The property lacked activity.
2. Getting a transport to move around was very tricky. We experienced a nexus between hotel reception and a transport provider. We were not exposed to any other option.
3. We were made to understand that we are on the beach of the reservoir but it was hard to reach the so called beach from the property.

Виды невероятные, хороший завтрак, финская сауна!

Cons:

В номере в туалете пахло сигаретами, номер нам не поменяли. В номере был чайник, но к нему не было ни чая, ни кофе и даже кружек, только два стакана в которые страшно наливать кипяток. Кофе на завтрак был только три в одном, заплатили за капучино 40 тыс сумм за маленькую чашку, грустно, что за такую стоимость были эти неприятные маленькие недочеты

Absolute oasis of tranquility with a breathtaking view
Pros:

What didn't I like? The place is GORGEOUS, all their land is perfectly landscaped and has manicured rose gardens. The lake view is stunning, the entire 24 hrs. Gorgeous in the daytime, like a painting, and at night you can see the lights in the town and stars/moon.

Pool was clean and had steps and a couple of jetted loungers built in. Plenty of seating even if the resort is full.

Good playground, plenty for kids to do especially if they're not alone.

We were in a luxe room, which has a separate bedroom, two balconies (one for bedroom, one for living room) and if you need it, robe and slippers. One balcony has a drying rack for your wet clothes and the other has table and chairs.

The terrace, breakfast, and restaurant were all wonderful.

The restaurant:
Open til 2230, bar service until 0000hrs.
We tried many different options. Service is good and chef does a good job with alternative menu options. I personally do not recommend leaving the resort to eat anywhere else since parking in town is a nightmare and the resort restaurant has multiple ethnicity options to vary your nightly menu. It had everything we needed. Itemized receipt provided at checkout, transparent service and charging

Most comfortable bed I slept in the entire 2.5 weeks in Uzbekistan. I traveled everywhere and this was the most comfortable bed by far. Thank you for giving me a more than full night's sleep finally. AC works well.

Security is really good, friendly. Plenty of parking. Good signage to find the place.

Quiet, away from the chaos and bustle. This was important to us. You can also walk down to the lake if you don't mind a steep hike. This is a beautiful location and total tranquility.

The main lobby has a young man working there who was the nicest guy I spoke to my entire time in Uzbekistan. I do not know his name but I hope management acknowledges him because he was supremely pleasant to talk to and genuine in his interactions.

Cons:

The wifi was really bad in 202 but I just ended up using data. It's strong in common areas.

Important; some American visa credit cards may have issues, try MasterCard. We did not have a problem with payment once we tried that.

Beautiful location with an amazing view on the lake.
Pros:

Indoor Swimming pool was nice. We asked for a free access as the cottage price is already expensive.

Cons:

The kitchen ustensile in the cottage are old.
Breakfast : Staff at the restaurant are just behind the breakfast stand, looking at you, not very useful.
