Old, decent but workable room. Mattress is just comfy. You can’t expect more for a 60 dollar room. I say it is decent enough.
They cancelled my reservation the day after I checked in. And they insisted everyone paying cash, which is more expensive than the marked price on bookings.com. They claimed that Visa credit card wouldn’t work due to some flaw, but I know it is just an excuse: they are trying to avoid paying commission to the travel platform. Anyway, not happy with these because people don’t travel with a bucket of cash these days. And it is not fare.
Excellent location. But the best part of this hotel is the staff. What great people!
El personal fue muy amable y colaborativo. Nos incluyo sin coste, el traslado al aeropuerto, aun siendo a una hora muy tardia. La ubicación es muy buena, en zona tranquila, centrica y de prestigio.
No hay ningun aspecto negativo a destacar. Mi estancia fue de unas pocas horas, solamente.
We were a group of five, renting three rooms, and we were allowed to get a late check out for free for one of the rooms, although we didn't announce this when booking the property. The staff was so pleasant, so helpful, and really made a difference.
The only thing we didn't like were the matrasses - they were way too hard.

fantastic location, free transfer to the hotel from the railway station, price for the room is cheaper then others around, fast check-in and check-out.
No elevator. Payment by cash only (the hotel does not except cards). There is no restaurant in the hotel (only for breakfast and without an option of getting smth individual), no teapot in the room, window and corridor lighting is on during all night, so it is hard to sleep because of the brightness of light outside and inside. We’ve paid for the double room with balcony but we’ve been given a room for three persons without a balcony. The fan on the ceiling in the bathroom is extremely loud. Poor Wi-Fi, almost absent.
