Pros:

Прекрасно място с вежлив и мил персонал. Всичко беше страхотно по време на престоя ни. Стаите чисти, храната вкусна, спа центъра също чудесен. Разположението на хотела - много добро,на самия център и в близост до парка. С удоволствие ще се върнем отново!

Please disregard my previous rating and avoid the hotel Spartak in Sandanski
Pros:

Location and another stay few days ago when staff behavior was in range of our expectations

Cons:

This time we received a very small and unrefurbished room ( we pay the same amount for both stays) . When I try to fix the issue at reception desk , I was told to upgrade the room if I need better conditions to an 🤯 apartment. We visit the SPA areas where a lady in charge with taking care of SPA told me to go to my room and take the towels🤯🤯. After my repeated requests she provided two used towels.

For transit it is perfect
Pros:

Even though the hotel is not very attractive from the outside, the inside is absolutely ok. Everything was fine. I also found underground parking without any problems, I think I also found it when there was no one there because the next morning the parking lot was full. Breakfast like any breakfast anywhere you stay. I even ate at the hotel in the evening when I arrived and the food was very ok, the price a little higher of course.

Cons:

It's relatively complicated to get to the hotel parking lot. When you go to Google Maps, it's in front of the hotel and that's where the confusion begins. The parking lot is somewhere behind the hotel and it's more complicated to find. Maybe if they gave each customer a shared location behind the hotel it would be easier. I don't know how or where but a helpful description for the parking lot is needed.
