Pros:

The location was amazing, the duplex room size decent, the reception area was pleasant

Cons:

I had booked a duplex room for me and my daughter. Upon Arrival the loft bed did not have a blanket or pillow so when I went to reception they told me it wasn't included as we were only two people and had to share the big bed. After a heated discussion trying to explain that I had specifically paid extra for the duplex room with loft bed for my daughter I was reluctantly given an extra blanket. I've never been to a hotel where I have booked a room with two beds and then have to argue to use one of them. The pillows were also very hard and lumpy.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

I like the private room and the hotel property. Excelled location!
Free complimentary mini breakfast- like bread and butter.

Cons:

Everything was smooth. Nothing really that I didn't like. Check-in time was till 12 am only.

Good for 1 night but fix the leak as it's not good

They catered for our plane being delayed and allowed us to check in a bit late!

Cons:

This property has a damp/leak/water issue - it's very present across the room and hallway if you look up. We had a bubble in our ceiling which we noticed before going to bed. However within 10 minutes of being in bed it was apparent that actually there was a leak from the ceiling that was soaking the bed. The mattress and bedding was drenched and there was a constant drip onto our head. We ended up having to sleep the other way up and deal with wet feet (rather than a wet head). Not great really. Please fix the leak as it's clearly been there a while looking at the mould in the corridor and ceiling of our room.

Great value, excellent location near old town
Pros:

Location was great- staff were awesome!laundry facilities were a nice touch. Upper floor rooms were lovely.

Cons:

Lower floor ( with shared bathrooms)in need of some TLC - showers could do with a good cleaning.
