Pros:

Удобное расположение в 15 минутах пешком центральная улица, метро, автобусы.
Рядом рестораны для местных - вкусно и недорого. Есть супермаркет в соседнем доме.
Сам номер был небольшим, но чистым и уютным.

Cons:

Я приехал ночью и ночной портье долго не мог найти мою бронь, пришлось показывать ему в его программе как найти.
Ванная комната маленькая, тесная. Слабый напор воды.

Pros:

A localização é boa, pelas redondezas tem locais para comer, uma boa caminhada chegamos à Avenida Paulista. O Uber dá uma valor bom para ambos os aeroportos e também para se descolar pela região. O local para mim foi razoável como passagem de uma viagem internacional atende a esse fim.

Cons:

O café da manhã lamentavelmente fraco, nem um café sem açúcar tinha, o funcionário super mal humorado.

Pros:

Como passei apenas para dormir atendeu bem ao que precisava. Chuveiro funcionando, ar condicionado também. Cama confortável. Funcionários atenciosos. Ótimo custo benefício. Não fique para o café porque meu voo saiu muito cedo.

Cons:

Nada a reclamar.

Comodidade muito boa. Um café da manhã simples, porém do melhor jeito possível. Funcionários educados, com uma recepção calorosa e 24h.

Cons:

Banheiro sem a porta do box, com chances de acabar molhando o ambiente todo, mas tirando isso não houve nenhum outro ponto.

Valeu a pena
Pros:

Quarto, banheiro e roupas de cama e banho muito limpos, tenho ficado em hotéis na cidade e geralmente não são assim. Até os cobertores estavam com cheiro de limpos. Solicitamos mais 1 cobertor e lençol e prontamente foram entregues em nosso quarto. Recepção cordial. O café da manhã é simples, sem frutas, mas tem pão francês gostoso, frios, bolo, café, leite e sucos. Nota-se que o prédio é mais antigo, mas considerei um ótimo custo-benefício. Ficarei mais vezes lá.

Cons:

Precisa de uma reforma.
