Reception staff excellent as always, restaurant and bar let the team down.
Pros:

I attended Saturday breakfast normal buffet style, food was good however, the female on breakfast duty could have been more polite. Also not impressed with the early closure of breakfast and the noise that accompanied this.

Cons:

As above.

Am rămas cu o părere bună și cu siguranță am să mai revin!Multumesc!
Pros:

Hotelul este situat în centru iar lângă hotel la 1 mi este magazin non stop cu de toate
Am fost cazați în camera tip apartament și a fost foarte frumos și curat

Cons:

Nu mi a plăcut faptul ca piscina nu funcționa si nu este deschis restaurantul hotelului nici pt mic dejun

Pros:

Mi-a plăcut amplasarea hotelului ,priveliștea de la fereastra spectaculoasa.In camera am avut curățenie , căldură si comfort.

Cons:

Nu mi-a plăcut lipsa de comunicare. Cu o ora înainte de a ajunge am sunat de două ori ca sa cer detalii despre modul in care aveam sa parcam si nu mi s-a răspuns .Am trimis apoi un mesaj si mi-au răspuns cand deja ajunsesem ,nemaifiindu-mi de folos.

Es war wieder (wir waren schon öfter hier) sehr schön und angenehm und wir kommen sicher wieder!
Pros:

Frühstück, so wie immer, gut und ausreichend. Personal sehr zuvorkommend, sollte etwas gerade nicht passen.

Cons:

Wir waren zu den Weihnachtsfeiertagen dort. Es gab am 24. und 25. 12. nur "Sparbetrieb", so wie in ganz Rumänien.
Aber das Hotelteam hat sich sehr bemüht und wir kamen gut über die Runden.

Se vede centrul foarte frumos, pat confortabil. Mic dejun variat.

Cons:

Caldura prea mare, intrare si lifturi moderne, camere ceaușiste cu mobilier vechi.
