Pros:

The location and hotel staff were exceptional.Thillaga and Udhaya were courteous and helpful till my departure from Pondicherry.
The hotel is centrally located and is close to beach .You have nearby good restaurants and cafes ,also to add a beautiful Ganesh temple including the Ashram all nearby within walkable distance.

Cons:

The hotel furniture needs some repair work as it's showing its age.

Location is the best reason to chyoose this accomodation

Cons:

The size of the room looked bigger in picture than actual, the intercom did not work in the room so had to go down to the reception every time we needed something

Very good - friendly and comfortable.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast choices - we had western and Indian.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our request to move room was accommodated as quickly as they could manage.

Cons:

Note that rooms on lower levels only have a view of next door's wall. We requested a move and this request was meet.
