Highly Recommend This Hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely stay here, thanks largely to the warm and attentive staff. A special mention to Chandramukhi, who was excellent at her job and made our stay effortless. Located right in the heart of Pondicherry, close to all the popular attractions, it also has two lively restobars within the hotel that bring great energy on weekends. Ideal for couples and small families. We'd happily recommend it.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't love about this place. The staff were warm and attentive. The team truly goes above and beyond, handling our early check-in and late check-out requests without any fuss.

Pros:

Because of city location

Cons:

Bad experience terms of refilling the amenities . No one ask for room cleaning , Wi-Fi was not working . At last they r not loyal to guest, as we forgot our beet bottle in the fridge when we called them to check , they simply said it’s was not found . Not at all acceptable this kind of hospitality
