Excellent Stay with Good Value
Pros:

Friendly Staff. Homely feel. Location us in the main road. Very close to serenity Beach. Cleanliness in room and all basic amenities were good

Hotel was good in good location, it was clean initially but they could do better housekeeping during stay. Food arrangement is not there. They have some tie-up with restaurant but can't guarantee.

Hotel staff is helpful but not efficient for running a Hotel. Not upto the basic expectations.

When we book a room, the minimum expectations are
1. Room to be cleaned daily
2. Bed to be set daily
3. Towels to be replaced

Nothing was above are met from Grand Pacific. When we have questioned about the same, the hotel staff mentioned that only during first day they will provide above not all the days. This is very disappointing from the Hotel.

Soaps, shampoos provided are cheap. There is no tissue roll on the bathroom.

Pros:

Good place to stay if you are travelling alone. location is good. rooms are clean.

Cons:

hotel does not have food/ breakfast facility. this is big downside if you are travelling with small kids. there are no good restaurants near by; so if you dont have car with you will feel helpless.

Another point which i observed is that housekeeping cleans the house with the water bucket from room's bathroom itself! imagine you taking bath using that bucket after some time!
