Pros:

Alles soweit okay. Man spürt, dass man sich in einem REHA- und Kurort befindet. Es war wenig los und am Montag sämtliche Restaurants im Ort geschlossen. Schade, dass bei diesem Preis der Eintritt in die Therme nicht inbegriffen war.

Wer dieses Zimmer „Comfort Zimmer“ genannt hat, hat es nie von innen gesehen

- Flasche Wasser bereits geöffnet
- Balkontür defekt
- Badezimmer gruselig, so stellt man sich eine Anstalt aus den 60er Jahren vor
- schrecklicher Duschvorhang
- winziges unbequemes Bett
- Überall Macken an Boden, Wänden, Interieur
- Dreckige Gardinen mit Resten von toten Insekten
- Zimmer stickig und extrem aufgeheizt, keine Klimaanlage
- Reaktion der Rezeption absolut enttäuschend
- all das bei 220 CHF für 1 Nacht, eigentlich eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit

Pros:

La chambre est confortable et spacieuse.
Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Le restaurant sert des produits de qualité.

Cons:

Un accueil pas tres proffessionel.
Après avoir récupéré ma clé de chambre je demande si il on besoin de ma carte de crédit ,non on me répond.
Le lendemain matin avant de partir je demande si tout est en ordre, oui on me répond.
Quand je rentre chez moi a 235km de l'hôtel, on me contacte pour me dire que je n'ai pas payé ma chambre.
Heureusement que je devais revenir 3 jours plus tard dans la région, la j'ai réglé ma facture.
Aucune excuse de leur par .
La personne de l'accueil était antipathique et juste poli.
Je ne retournais plus dans cette hotel.
