Price quality balance. Cleaness and warm welcome
Pros:

We really enjoy the spaciousness of the room, facilities and flexibility. Breakfast was very good, yet for 5 star rating selection of food could have been more bigger. But this could be compensated by the bakery on the ground floor. Those cakes and fresh breads!!!!

all was ok, nothing to complain.

Pros:

Gutes Restaurant mit sehr umsichtigen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern.

Cons:

Etwas Lärm. In den frühen Morgenstunden- durch Anliefer-verkehr bzw. Kompressor- oder Belüftungssystem , zu hören im Zimmer “Fremersberg“ ansonsten tadellos!

Cons:

1. В отеле такого уровня нет тапочек! Это резко снижает комфорт!
2. Постоянная слежка при входе и выходе из номера! Работник рецепшена выбегала из своего офиса.
3. Так как внизу магазин и много народа, работник рецепшена, вероятно подумав, что я хочу сбежать, когда я шел в машину (паковка на улице перед отелем и магазином) начала мне кричать чтобы я вернулся для оплаты проживания, это было первый раз за мои 60 лет. Непонятно зачем? Карта в системе, очень много людей привлекли свое внимание, до чек аута еще 3 часа! Это было мягко говоря неприятно и вызвало мое возмущение! Если так часто из вашего отеля люди срываются не оплатив, то берите оплату сразу или сделайте нормальную стойку рецепшена а не тумбочку посреди магазина!

An adequate overnight stay however we would not return.
Pros:

Our room was of a good size and comfortable.

Cons:

On arrival, the reception was impersonal. We were not shown to our room but told how to find it.
Dinner was a disappointment. The Wiener Schnitzel was not prepared and cookedin the traditional way and the service offered by our waitress lacked care, friendliness or professionalism.
We felt that the focus was more on the on-site food market and restaurant rather than hotel hospitality.
