Pros:

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento, se nota el cuidado y la atención en cada detalle. Queremos destacar especialmente a la encargada, que estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que todo fuera perfecto. En mi caso, incluso se preocupó por mi intolerancia alimentaria, asegurándose de que en el desayuno tuviera opciones sin gluten, algo que valoro muchísimo.
El personal en general es encantador, siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Además, el hotel cuenta con una tienda de decoración preciosa, con mucho gusto, y un supermercado con productos regionales que merece mucho la pena visitar.
Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, bien cuidado y con una estética muy bonita. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveremos. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

Lovely place to stay in a lovely part of the world, highly recommended.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a lovely convenient location. My room and bathroom were in pristine condition and meticulously clean and fresh. The fact that there’s a delicatessen there was an extra bonus!

The restaurant was excellent and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

Parking was free, plentiful, secure and absent of any ramps or awkward tight places. Perfect for whatever size vehicle you have.

The host, Angelika, was very kind and had made advance arrangements for my late arrival which was greatly appreciated. I can’t find fault with anything and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Baden Baden.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die kleinen Terrassen laden zum Lesen und Genießen ein. Frau Landgraf unterstützt und hilft bei allen Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Ausstattung, Ambiente, Bäcker, Restaurant alles top. Super tolles Personal, selten so ein nettes und aufmerksames erlebt. Besonders die Betreuung am Morgen ist hervorzuheben, das Frühstück war hervorragend! Wenn einem etwas gefehlt hat (bei uns war es Semf und Ketchup), wurde sofort danach geschaut. Vielen Dank für alles, auch für die tollen Tipps und Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder für einen Kurztrip vorbei :-)

Een gezellige en propere locatie om je te vertoeven in Baden-Baden! Wij zijn heel warm ontvangen door de gastvrouw. De accommodatie heeft een winkeltje met locale producten en een restaurant met typische gerechten van de streek. Zeker een aanrader!

Hotel complet : chambre sympa, très bon restaurant, boutique ouverte le dimanche avec très bonne boulangerie et pâtisserie. Chien accepté au restaurant.
Possibilité de marcher tout de suite dans la nature.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner du lundi matin était moins fourni que le dimanche matin.

Nett, aber nicht sicher ob wir nochmal kommen.
Pros:

Schönes, modernes Hotel. Sauber und gepflegt. Nettes Personal. Interessantes Konzept mit Hotel, Markt und Blumenladen. Wir haben den Spaziergang nach Baden Baden (45 Minuten) genossen.

Cons:

Wir waren 2 Nächte da. Das erste Frühstück war enttäuschend wegen der geringen Auswahl. Der Eindruck wurde am 2ten Tag bestätigt, als die Auswahl 2-3 mal besser war. Es wurde uns erklärt, dass die Umstände am Vortag durch die geringe Anzahl der Gäste bedingt war. Wir haben Feedback gegeben, eine Entschuldigung in Form einer Sektflasche erhalten, aber bei dieser Preisklasse müsste das nichtsein.
Die Sauna ist selbst nach 2 Stunden nur auf die Temperatur von 60 Grad gekommen.
