Perfect place to relax after a hot day at Angkor Wat
Pros:

It’s a lovely private resort away from downtown bustle. We booked a package that included airport pickup, daily massages and laundry service, and it was amazing. The staff was super lovely and really went out of the way to make our stay comfortable.

Cons:

It’s not the fault of the hotel but guests should note there can be mozzies and flies outdoors. It’s completely unavoidable for a humid southeast Asian country.

Hôtel parfait!
Pros:

Le transfert compris entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel
La chambre était spacieuse avec un lit très confortable. La salle de bain également
La piscine est très jolie et le petit déjeuner assez diversifié
Le personnel était très gentil et disponible au besoin
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et avons découvert Siem Reap de manière tres agréable. L’hôtel étant a mis chemin entre le centre ville et Angkor Wat

Shintana Saya nous a permis de bien nous reposer après de longues journées de marche dans les temples et après des soirées bien arrosés (liées au nouvel an khmer!)

Cons:

Malgré le fait qu’ils soient inclus (1 par jour), n’étant pas un grand habitué des massages cambodgiens, je n’ai pas su profiter du moment 😅

The service was impressive—staff consistently anticipated guests’ needs, often being ready to assist even before being asked. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we highly recommend it. We genuinely have no complaints.

Simply excellent, and I truly hope I have the chance to come back again!
Pros:

A hidden gem right at the entrance of Angkor Wat, just a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride from the city center. The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming, and I highly recommend booking a massage at the spa, it’s truly out of this world.

Cons:

Actually nothing, as an extensive traveller, I can say this has been one of the best places I have ever stayed at so far.

Perfect in every way.
Pros:

The staff is amazing. We had a package that included massages and the SPA was incredible as well. Even the drivers they organise for tours and just pick up and drop off are amazing and always on time. Would recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap.

sehr schöner Pool großes Zimmer. Große Dusche toller Balkon mit Whirlpool und Doppelliege

Cons:

Lunchpaket zu Besichtigung der Tempel war extrem schwach. Frühstück war nur durchschnittlich, was die Vielfalt angeht.

Good location few mins on tuck tuck to centre pool great nice surroundings and staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The bathroom floor was dirty when we first entered and was something left on the floor also but these are only minor things to point out

Peaceful and relaxing gateway in Siam Reap, perfect hospitality and location.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, they do their best to accommodate to our request specifically Emily. The room was spacious and it had a rain bath which the kids loved, spa services was amazing, food was delicious, concierge and drivers were polite and helpful at all times, laundry services was prompt.!Overall very good location to Angkor Watt, value for money and cleanliness is top.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast variety can be improved.
