Hidden amongst the chaos is this quiet sanctuary! Incredible staff and hospitality
Pros:

We stayed in the mini suite for 6 nights and we were absolutely blown away by the hospitality. The staff remembered our names from the very first day, a very small gesture but made us feel so welcome.

The room was cool, clean and spacious. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were comfortable! Adjoining the main bedroom is an open air style bathroom so it can get a little warm but it wasn't a big deal for us given we were literally meters from the pool!

Our hotel inclusions were incredible. We were treated to two 60 minute massages, complimentary drinks and snacks by the pool, daily minibar restocks, daily delivery of fruit to our room. For breakfast, you can order a la carte and also enjoy the buffet of pastries, fruits, yoghurts, juices ect. Shout out to the Khmer breakfast menu - we were obsessed with Kuy Teav and Bobor. We ordered from the room service menu when we were zapped from exploring all day, and again the food was absolutely delicious. For western dishes we recommend - the beef burgers, carbonara. For Khmer dishes we recommend Beef Lok Lak, Khmer duck curry and Amok.

All our transport services were seamless - from the ice cold coconuts on arrival at the airport pick up to the tuktuks, the hotel really went above and beyond to take care of us. Shout out to the staff who made our stay so relaxing, we can't wait to come back!

Care and attention in every detail
Pros:

Everything was great. Special welcome already at the airport, followed by a well suggested guided tour of Angkor Wat. We had daily massages included which we enjoyed very much. Personally, I'd like to thank the fist massager of our first day of stay. I had massages before, and I believe that it was the best massage ever. My congratulations to you!
Great attention also to breakfast and Tuk Tuk arrangement. We really want to mention Emily, Savun, Smey and all the other employees that made our stay ones of the best ever. In the world!

Pros:

I liked everything. First the staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. Not only the front desk but the restaurant also. Then the trips they organized for us. Our guide Seng Sauleang was top notch. The room with a lot of space and privacy. And of course the swimming pool area.

Cons:

I really enjoyed it
Pros:

The entire environment is so clean, welcoming and natural, you breathe in fresh air, there is literally a tree inside the restaurant, very natural and lovely, no artificial plants or flowers, for someone who loves nature, this was an awesome environment. The staff knows how to host their guests, our tour driver, front desk, housekeeping staff, waiters/waitresses, all amazing. The rooms are well kept, neat and lit. The breakfast was amazing too.

Cons:

The dinner, the dinner menu is quite limited. Some dinner meals are pretty good while some need more advancement. Would be better to expand the menu to suit more international guests.
