Great place to stay and relax
Pros:

Great welcome and all staff excellent. Rooms were good and pool also.
Overall a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

It’s good that it’s a little out of town as it is quieter but possibly a little far for us

Friendly and great service though accommodation not that good
Pros:

Friendly staff , very good service . Offered tuk tuk complementary to city one way

Cons:

The bathroom is outside the bedroom which is not air conditioned. The hot water takes 15 minutes to warm up. The outdoor area is enclosed however due to gaps in between the wall and ceiling we had to keep the bedroom door shut to avoid mosquitos. The floor could be cleaner too. The room was big and clean.

Lovely boutique Hotel
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, very attentive and were simply lovely. We chose a package with free massages which were fantastic and free laundry which was really useful as we were some of the passengers stranded by the Dubai Airport closure and cancelled Emirates flights. Breakfast was included and we ate all our lunches and dinners in their restaurant as the food was varied and good quality.
The pools were warm and inviting and beautifully lit at night. The surrounding gardens were beautifully maintained and full of birds during the daytime and frogs at night. 5* to the spa. We can't wait to go back. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. There is no lift and rooms are spread out on three floors, so if climbing stairs is an issue, this is not the hotel for you.

Loved it a lot!!
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were lovely and the pool area a nice oasis to relax around. Complimentary tuk tuk into the centre (10 mins) was a great way to start the evenings and only $3 back.
Lovely breakfast and afternoon cool drink and snacks.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Pros:

Complimentary daily laundry services were fantastic
The staff were especially helpful and polite. We were given complimentary drinks on several occasions after returning from an excursion.
The pool was top notch
Really great location. Very short car/tuk tuk ride away from both pub street, Apopo landmine non profit and the fantastic temples.
The architecture and atmosphere was luxurious and calming.
Daily deliveries of free fruit was a lovely touch
There was free access to anything in the mini bar which is rare and very appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately the food options were average which was a little disappointing considering Shintana is a 5 star resort.

The resort gives you access to a nearby gym. I had a good workout but just be aware there is no air conditioning at the gym.

Pros:

would have given ten except shower cold and bathroom soundproofing questionable. we would definitely go back. breakfast was exceptional. staff couldn't do enough for you. everyday laundry for free. transfers to town for free. room was stunning..we had garden access room. security was good. felt very safe at all times.

A perfect oasis
Pros:

Can’t recommend this place enough! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here, it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful building and grounds, luxurious pools to cool down in, a great restaurant and wonderful spa. I loved the room, lots of space and the bed was so comfy for a great nights sleep.
The location was great for Ankor and other places to visit and the hotel has tuk tuks on hand for trips to town. The hotel helped us arrange tour guides and drivers and they were all fantastic! (Thank you to Mr Seng our tour guide!)
The staff were also absolutely wonderful and work hard to keep things looking great and to look after the guests. I cannot praise the staff enough. We have never been so well looked after at a hotel as we were here. They have great local knowledge and were able to quickly help with any questions and requests that we had and genuinely want to ensure you have what you need and are enjoying your stay. As I have said, all the staff were fantastic but I can name Miss Saren, Mr Phaek, Miss Emily, Ms Touch (for the most wonderful massages!) and note all the restaurant staff and the drivers who transferred us to and from the airport (the driver who picked us up was wonderful and gave us a great welcome to Cambodia) Thank you all SO much for the most wonderful holiday and experience in Cambodia. We hope to be back again next year!

Pros:

Excellent hotel all round - very close to Angkor wat for the early start, and still only 5’mins from the main town - with complimentary Tuk Tuk provided. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. Excellent communication throughout and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very quiet.

Best hotel in Siem Riep
Pros:

Everything in the property was spotless. From the service to the amenities, the hotel staff made sure we had the time of our lives during our stay. As soon as we arrived we were greeted in the airport with fresh coconuts, and when we arrived to the hotel they had left us a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit in our room. The hotel helped us arrange the tours and Tuk Tuks and the quality was amazing, we had a private driver who got us around and was always carrying bottles of cold water and cold towels.

The hotel amenities are beautiful, the pool area is to die for, the hotel staff constantly bring complimentary drinks and snacks. The breakfast was very varied and delicious! And the massages were top notch.

This hotel made our stay in Siem Reap truly unforgettable, do not hesitate to stay here!

Excellent relaxing stay with great staff
Pros:

Staff were wonderful. building was clean and lovely. Overall experience was amazing at a good price. Only disappointment was I booked for the gym option and it was terrible. Needs to be clearer that it is not on the property and is not air conditioned.

Cons:

The gym is not in the hotel. It is a local gym with no air conditioning and is pretty terrible.
