It was a wonderful and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The property was easily accessible.

Pros:

The balcony opened on the vally giving wonderful views in evening and morning. Overall the stay was great and worth remembering. Staff is also very courteous. Food was good and hygenic.

Cons:

The hotel should try to improve the internet facility provided by them. It being a hilly area there is no proper signal so the mgmt should try to install better modems/ routers which could carter to all the guests staying.

tv didn’t work in one room despite repeated complaints; room wasn’t changed despite request… since we had a senior citizen, this became an issue
