Me he alojado en muchas ocasiones y el personal no tiene el trato correcto para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Llegué, la chica me hizo el chekin rápido por tenerme ya registrado , pero ni me miraba cuando hablaba , ni me dijo un simple “bienvenido “ y cuando me entregó la tarjeta, ni me dijo la habitación que me correspondía. No me dio ninguna información más sobre el hotel , wifi, etc. parecía que tenía prisa , cuando no había nadie esperando. A veces el trato al cliente es lo más importante en un hotel.

No me gustó que por indicaciones de otro casi me obligaron a que entre y limpie la habitación. Y el día siguiente me lo dijo la recepcionista que la empresa de limpieza más o menos me exige que les deje entrar. Ahora de porque mi molestia....1 estoy comprando viviendas en Puertollano llano al contado y necesitaba tener privacidad por tener documentación sensible por el tema de privacidad y también 2 para mí y mis valores es degradante trato y de mala educación no poder limpiar por sí mismo la habitación. Y cuando me dijeron que debo dejar que entre la señor independientemente de mí deseo me sentí acusando y mal valorado.

It was dirty. Not clean at all. This is a 4 star hotel, not worth the stars. Very noisy, at 1:00 in the morning hotel staff talking very loudly outside the room with other people waking my family up. At those hours it would be common courtesy to use a quieter voice. Corridors very hot, no AC. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it has really gone downhill.

Amabilidad y muy buena disposición del personal para que nos sintieramos en todo momento cómodos, y atentos a cualquier detalle que pudiéramos necesitar .
A resaltar la simpatía y profesionalidad de Claudia, la persona encargada del Desayuno y también el personal de Camareras de Piso, ellas se merecen un 10. En general muy satisfechos con el trato recibido por parte de todos ellos.
Los colchones de las camas ( Hab 208 ) muy cómodos y todo muy limpio.
El detalle de tener neverita en el cuarto y un par de botellitas de agua fresca de cortesía.
Desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Por decir algo, zona con dificultad para aparcar, ya que está en todo el centro.Aun así, el hotel es muy recomendable.
