The accommodations rates for Friday and Saturday include breakfast and buffet dinner, offering guests a complete and refined stay. The suites are located just 49 feet from the main building, providing quick and easy access to all hotel amenities.

Beautiful place, lovely staff, noisy neighbours.
Pros:

Location is excellent on the edge of Plovdiv, calm and serene with excellent views over the city. The building architecture and interior decor is stunning.
Room was large and well decorated, with well appointed bathroom. Reception and restaurant staff were very polite, professional and friendly. Spa looks amazing and has a range of high end facilities.
Prices have edged up, but still good value locally given its location and high quality feel. It still feels like a special experience.

Cons:

Very noisy neighbours partied well into the early hours and there were no night staff on duty to rectify the situation. There should be staff on call or a contact number, in case help is needed.
The spa pool was not as clean as previous visits, which was surprising. The steam room was too hot for everyone in there, but spa staff didn't seem to know how to turn the heat down.

Хората от персонала бяха страхотни.Храната беше много хубава.

Cons:

Бяхме настанени в ужасна стая.Малка, тъмна с изглед към ..скеле. Пердетата бяха скъсани, имаше червени петна по килима.Леглото беше матрак поставен върху двойно по-малка основа и пропадаше. Беше студено. Водата в басейна беше студена и мръсна..Сауната беше студена.Няма място за всички гости на хотела

Любимото ни място близо до Пловдив!
Pros:

Посещаваме мястото са пореден път със семейството! Благодарим на любезния персонал за отзивчивостта! Стаята ни както винаги беше много комфортна и имахме всичко необходимо. Храната беше вкусна и изобилна! Благодарим специално на групата от музикалното училище, които с музикални изпълнения, песни и танци, повдигнаха много настроението ни в бирарията!

Cons:

Би било добре да се помисли за някакви развлечения, за деца и младежи специално- фитнес уреди, билярд или нещо подобно. В Спа центъра е приятно, но когато има големи групи, става претрупано с хора. Сауната не работеше, а в деня на тръгване не функционираха нито солната стая, нито парната баня.

SPA - cold water, totally inappropriate for childrens, the hygiene is low. When you sleep in apartment, you should go outside of the hotel, pass through the restorant with bathrobe. Totally inappropriate and no other option to reach the SPA.

Cons:

Била съм гост на хотела миналата година и всичко беше добре. Тази година реших отново да го посетя, но останах много разочарована. Изключително студено беше в целия хотел. Стаите бяха студени, а водата марна - невъзможно да си вземеш душ. СПА центъра с мухъл а басейна студен. Невъзможно беше да влезеш. Имаше един топъл басейн, но НЕ беше позволено на гостите на хотела да го ползват!!! С една дума: плащаш, но не ползваш! Имахме 2 нощувки, но се наложи да тръгнем след първата - БОЛНИ!

Приехали в СПА, получили разочарование и старый отель
Pros:

Ресторан неплохой. Голодными не останетесь. Вкуные сладости домашие. Много горячего . Официанты прекрасные . Администратор ресторана ,взрослая женщина не приветливая говорила на эмоциях. Но возможно едининый случай.
Прекрасные виды на горы.

Отель уже в не очень хорошем состонии.
Постельное белье старое и с дырками . в номере было чень холодно ( 503 номер) , кондиционер работал постоянно, в санузле очень холодно, душ принять не реально,вода чуть теплая. Полотенце, халаты рваные и с пятнами. По номеру бегали мокрицы.
В номере перед заселением не убирались, так как даже в мусорно ведре был мусор.
в Спа: было тоже холодно. перый день дети даже не стали заходить в бассейны. Во второй день,работал только один бвссейн и тоже прохладный. В сунах много людей. И не все трезвые соответственно запах соответствующий.
На ресепшене в СПА не смогли записать меня на массаж и пресотерапию, так как не знали информацию от массажиста. Инфрокрасную сауну тоже не смогли показать где, так как ее нет Но она заявлена в списке бань и саун.
Приехали в Спа,получили разочарование
Полтора года назад было на порядок лучше !Увы
