Любимото ни място близо до Пловдив!
Pros:

Посещаваме мястото са пореден път със семейството! Благодарим на любезния персонал за отзивчивостта! Стаята ни както винаги беше много комфортна и имахме всичко необходимо. Храната беше вкусна и изобилна! Благодарим специално на групата от музикалното училище, които с музикални изпълнения, песни и танци, повдигнаха много настроението ни в бирарията!

Cons:

Би било добре да се помисли за някакви развлечения, за деца и младежи специално- фитнес уреди, билярд или нещо подобно. В Спа центъра е приятно, но когато има големи групи, става претрупано с хора. Сауната не работеше, а в деня на тръгване не функционираха нито солната стая, нито парната баня.

Cons:

SPA - cold water, totally inappropriate for childrens, the hygiene is low. When you sleep in apartment, you should go outside of the hotel, pass through the restorant with bathrobe. Totally inappropriate and no other option to reach the SPA.

Cons:

Била съм гост на хотела миналата година и всичко беше добре. Тази година реших отново да го посетя, но останах много разочарована. Изключително студено беше в целия хотел. Стаите бяха студени, а водата марна - невъзможно да си вземеш душ. СПА центъра с мухъл а басейна студен. Невъзможно беше да влезеш. Имаше един топъл басейн, но НЕ беше позволено на гостите на хотела да го ползват!!! С една дума: плащаш, но не ползваш! Имахме 2 нощувки, но се наложи да тръгнем след първата - БОЛНИ!

Приехали в СПА, получили разочарование и старый отель
Pros:

Ресторан неплохой. Голодными не останетесь. Вкуные сладости домашие. Много горячего . Официанты прекрасные . Администратор ресторана ,взрослая женщина не приветливая говорила на эмоциях. Но возможно едининый случай.
Прекрасные виды на горы.

Отель уже в не очень хорошем состонии.
Постельное белье старое и с дырками . в номере было чень холодно ( 503 номер) , кондиционер работал постоянно, в санузле очень холодно, душ принять не реально,вода чуть теплая. Полотенце, халаты рваные и с пятнами. По номеру бегали мокрицы.
В номере перед заселением не убирались, так как даже в мусорно ведре был мусор.
в Спа: было тоже холодно. перый день дети даже не стали заходить в бассейны. Во второй день,работал только один бвссейн и тоже прохладный. В сунах много людей. И не все трезвые соответственно запах соответствующий.
На ресепшене в СПА не смогли записать меня на массаж и пресотерапию, так как не знали информацию от массажиста. Инфрокрасную сауну тоже не смогли показать где, так как ее нет Но она заявлена в списке бань и саун.
Приехали в Спа,получили разочарование
Полтора года назад было на порядок лучше !Увы

Good spa, but a little cold for the winter
Pros:

The staff and their attutude were amazing, the restaurant offered great choices for breakfast, but also high quality food when ordered from the menu. From the pasta to the ribs, all tasted great! We appreciated the compliments ftom the chef ❤️ eveyone was trying to make our stay nice! We liked the cinema, that is a great feature. Too bad no popcorns were possible (but there was a machine and maybe in busier season it works)
The room was big and comfy, the view was really nice. The amenities were clean, you could see design and thought are put into use in this hotel. We loved the benches in the elevator, fun touch my kids loved! :)

The spa was nice, super steam bath. The outside area looked nice, eventhought not in use.

Cons:

The hotel was not working with full capacity during our stay and probably because of that it was not warm enough in the spa and the restaurant. Our room was on the last floor and with the wind and cold the bathroom was chilly and you could hear the wind passing through... Kind of scary noises :) That could easily be improved. We lacked tooth brushes and soap holders as well, that would definitely finalize the bathroom equipment when 4 stars hotel.
Repairments of outside areas were ongoing so the area was quite messy. Hopefully it will be wrapped up because it looked like a place with lots of potential. Too bad parts of the spa were also not working, they looked amazing.

No option for fun for the kids, but great base otherwise.

Няма нещо конкретно.

Cons:

Басейна в спа зоната беше с хладка , а не топла вода , а бяхме и с бебе , част от басейна с по-топлата вода не беше разрешено да се използва.Релакс зоната успяхме да използваме само първия ден , като на следващия момчето на спа - рецепцията ни каза , че не можем да се качваме там , тъй като било само за ,,членове на клуба’’. Сауната не беше с подходящата температура , джакузито от снимките така и не го видяхме , фитнесът не работеше , никой не ни смени кърпите в банята за 3 дни , първата вечер водата в банята беше хладка , при което сигнализирахме и проблема беше отстранен , но е факт , че причини неудобство , предвид това , че сме с бебе.Хотела е хубав , но не отговори на очакванията ни и не бихме повторили.

Интересен хотел, който заслужавя да се види
Pros:

Посетихме хотела декември, но през лятото преживяването ще е още по- добро. Изключително интересен интериор, изключително мил и отзивчив персонал. Спа зоната е отлична. Чистотата е на високо ниво. Гледката от стаята е невероятна. А храната в ресторанта е вкусна и сготвена с био продукти.

Cons:

Една малка забележка хавлиите и халатите в спа зоната имат нужда от подмяна.

Pros:

If you overlook that it's still a work in progress, what they have built already is pretty good. The complex is pretty unique as architecture and styling and may not be to everyone's taste, but all in all you can see that it is being built with a lot of effort and it has some interesting quirks.
The double deluxe studio on the top floor was very good, although it could have used some sort of a paravane to better separate the two sleeping areas. Despite this, it was very well furnished and the view was awesome.
The Spa was good, despite still under construction in some areas. It would need to be regularly checked by staff though for amortization in some spots that should not be left unfixed.
The restaurant was excellent, the block table was rich and diverse and plentiful. The waiting staff, although seemingly slightly inexperienced, were very polite and attentive and non intrusive.
Front desk was also great and assisted immediately with several requests.

Cons:

One elevator for so many floors is nearly not enough and there are times when we had to wait a lot to go up or down. Not sure how this can be improved though.
Ventilation in some areas can also be improved.
As other guests have noted, you do need to install towel dryers in the bathrooms, else your bathrobes will never not be wet between spa visits.
