Real luxury
Pros:

Very friendly staff and great service. Luxury at a fair price. Wonderful pool and spa. A great variety of choices of food on the buffet. Thank you Goldenburg crew!

The location is quite a bit outside of Plovdiv, but by car easily to get there

Nice little getaway place
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The view from our room was gorgeous. The hotel is located in a small village with beautiful homes surrounding it. The food was very good and the decor was beautiful. We did not use the pool outside as the weather was a little cold but it looked like a nice place to visit in the warm summer months.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have the mini fridge stocked as there was nothing in it. Most spa hotels provide complimentary water bottles - at least 2. Or at least it would have been nice to have water bottles in the mini fridge to buy. There was also no complimentary water provided in the spa area. The spa area was small - but we knew that. The lounge chairs next to the pools inside made the place seem very cramped.

Още от посрещането направи впечатление колко любезна и отзивчива беше жената на рецепция – усмихната, приветлива и готова да помогне. Храната беше супер вкусна, а СПА зоната също много ни хареса и допринесе за пълноценната ни почивка. Стаята беше просторна, хубава гледка от терасата, имаше климатик, а в банята имаше предостатъчно гореща вода – направо вряла! 😄 Всичко беше чудесно и си изкарахме страхотно. Благодарим за гостоприемството и приятното изживяване! С удоволствие бихме посетили хотела отново и го препоръчваме! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Am fost aproape singuri la piscina si SPA. Venind din Halkidiki, unde agitația era la cote maxime, a fost o binecuvântare liniștea găsită aici.Mancarea foarte bună.

Чистота, обслужване нямам забележки,но някой от нещата в СПА зоната не работеха,и не ми хареса това ,че за да ползваш шатрата на басейна трябваше допълнително заплащане (при празен хотел)след като е пояснено напълно включено в цената ползване на спа и басейни.

Pros:

La piscine est grande , magnifique. Le jardin est agréable.
L’hôtel est très propre , immense et vide.
Le personnel est agréable.

Cons:

La chambre était petite. Pas de buffet , Le petit dejeuner est servi à table, choix plus limité.
La route et le parking de l’hôtel ne sont pas goudronnés, ce sont des chemins de pierre où il est difficile de rouler.

We had a very nice stay.
Pros:

The breakfast offers a nice variarty, including all basics and also traditional Bulgarian options like banitsa, mekitsi, etc. The view towards Plovdiv is very nice!

Cons:

The cleaning personnel should pay more attention to dust and cobwebs, especially in the corners; seems a bit superficial work from their side. The swimming pools outside could be a bit warmer.

La strada per arrivare è uno sterrato pieno di buche. Il parcheggio non è abbastanza grande per contenere tutte le auto degli ospiti. Tante cose nella SPA non funzionano. I will return but eat in another restaurant
