The accommodations rates for Friday and Saturday include breakfast and buffet dinner, offering guests a complete and refined stay. The suites are located just 49 feet from the main building, providing quick and easy access to all hotel amenities.

Pros:

La piscine est grande , magnifique. Le jardin est agréable.
L’hôtel est très propre , immense et vide.
Le personnel est agréable.

Cons:

La chambre était petite. Pas de buffet , Le petit dejeuner est servi à table, choix plus limité.
La route et le parking de l’hôtel ne sont pas goudronnés, ce sont des chemins de pierre où il est difficile de rouler.

We had a very nice stay.
Pros:

The breakfast offers a nice variarty, including all basics and also traditional Bulgarian options like banitsa, mekitsi, etc. The view towards Plovdiv is very nice!

Cons:

The cleaning personnel should pay more attention to dust and cobwebs, especially in the corners; seems a bit superficial work from their side. The swimming pools outside could be a bit warmer.

La strada per arrivare è uno sterrato pieno di buche. Il parcheggio non è abbastanza grande per contenere tutte le auto degli ospiti. Tante cose nella SPA non funzionano. Le tende in camera non sono abbastanza grandi per coprire tutte le finestre e al mattino entra tanta luce. Il personale è antipatico e non accogliente

I will return but eat in another restaurant

5 🌟 experience!
Pros:

We loved the interior, the food, the hospitality, the spa, the pools, the rooms. We couldn't be more happy with what we mentioned above.

Cons:

Not that I didn't like, but as suggestion:
1. Breakfast...there were not enough fruits. The breakfast coffee could be way better for this kind of residence. Also the juice machine...it would be nice, if there was freshly squeezed juice as a free option of at least a bar with juicier and fruits so we can make our own. There was also no drinking water at the spa centre as an option. Basically just the drinking stuff. 2. Maybe more modern TV with smart options would be appreciated. There are some places where these TVs could be donated and changed with new ones. 3. More real plants would really change the vibe. Everything else is more than beautiful.
