Pros:

Céntrico, muy buena cama, sábanas limpias y baño limpio.
No se puede pedir mas para ser un hotelito modesto.

Cons:

A tener en cuenta no hay ascensor.

I guess we get cheaper room with not so fresh renovation, it's was clean, but doors not have any soundproof, we heard all what's going on in a bottom floor, but staying a 4th floor)) other rooms on 2d floor has a better new doors do guess it's bettfor soundproof.
Comfort bed, double windows, more calm.

Cons:

Noisy neighborhood, so needs change the entry doors. Tiny shower with curtains, difficult to be in without put water outside on the floor, and perfume air fresh was so strong that we switched off and opened window for take it off)))
