Dobrá lokalita, blízko do restaurace a kavárny, bankomat taky kousek. Personál příjemný, jen tu angličtinu by mohli malinko zlepšit (docházelo k drobným nedorozuměním, ale žádný problém. Voda byla spíš vlažná a v pokoji obecně chladno. Jinak personál vstřícný, pokoj čistý, snídaně dobrá. Jsem spokojený.

Utter crap.
Pros:

Double booked my room so they sent me to another one which was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Tiny, filthy, no shower, bugs and used condoms under the bed.

We kwamen aan en hotel zat vol. We moesten naar ander hotel, maar had evenement en dit hotel was dicht bij de start. Ander hotel was verder weg, dus ik vraag om compensatie of vergoeding taxi naar evenement de volgende dag. Maar niks was mogelijk vanuit hun kant, personeel sprak 3 woorden Engels.

the accommodation was booked and paid for months in advance

when i got there in the evening they said the room was no longer available because everyone was taken

they gave me another place so i could move to it

this new place was so terrible that there was no water in the bathroom

when I was there at least 10 people were there just like me, everyone was turned back to another hotel

Très bon rapport qualité-prix dans cette catégorie
Pros:

Un peu au delà de notre budget habituel, très bon rapport qualité-prix. Garage privé pour mettre nos vélos, ascenseur, chambre assez grande avec une belle salle de bain, une bonne isolation phonique et au niveau de la lumière du jour, excellent petit déjeuner beldi et personnel sympathique.

Pros:

Fantastic, friendly welcome from the lovely young lady and owner. Modern hotel in good location. Easy, safe parking. Comfy rooms. Lots of hot water.

Proche de la gare CTM, des commerces,restaurants
Le personnel est très sympathique
L'hôtel agréable et moderne

Cons:

La clim est bruyante et souffle directement sur les lits:
Impression désagréable de respirer cet air expulsé
qui sent mauvais à l allumage : c est le plus gros point négatif.
L hôtel ne donne pas de shampoing et gels douches mais uniquement 1 petit savon rond le 1er jour
Petit déjeuner ne propose pas des crêpes marocaines
tièdes comme le font les autres hôtels mais
uniquement 1 viennoiserie & pain ( 3 nuitees).
Dans le Cafe : heaucoup Trop d'hommes .Pas de vraie séparation entre le Cafe et l'hotel (pas de porte fermée ) pas d'intimite : les clients attables nous voient même monter dans l'ascenseur pour accéder à notre chambre: pas top pour une femme.
