HOTEL SCAM
Pros:

To be honest, I did not stay in this Hotel but I am so not happy with this Hotel and that is why I gave the lowest score.
Why am I not happy.
I booked and paid through Booking.com and when arriving in the afternoon to check in, I am told the Hotel is full. I came to Beni-Mellal, to take part in a Bicycle race.
Another guest after me, also was told the Hotel is full and we were then told we need to go to another Hotel.

To me, this Hotel takes bookings through its website and does not block off these bookings on Booking.com as it is satisfied to over-book as it sends customers like myself to their chosen Hotel.

Accepting my booking and also my payment for my booking and then saying upon my arrival that the Hotelbis full

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, le professionnalisme du personnel et leur grande gentillesse. Le service était excellent, avec une équipe toujours souriante, attentive et prête à aider. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli et respecté.

OK stop with motorbike secure parking
Pros:

Perfect for us. Secure parking in garage next to hotel. Rooms are small but functional. Best hot shower we've had so far.

Cons:

The reception guy was a disgrace, not welcoming at all, hardly spoke, just couldn't be bothered. Not a good first impression for your hotel.

Mon séjour s'est bien passé, personnel sympathique, bon petit déjeuner, à proximité de CTM ce qui pour moi était important, la ville de Beni Mellal que je ne connaissais pas est vivante et agréable, bon sejour

Transférer au dernier moment
Cons:

La réservation a été transféré le jour même sur un autre hôtel qui n'était pas à côté. Je ne peux pas noter l'hôtel mais je suis déçu de ce changement
