Bed was tooo bad, springs were pricking our back, nothing matched with the glossy photo as shown, worst hotel I stayed, all things were broken, toilet door was not closing, it was a overall mess , booking. Com should remove such thing from site, hotel looted us to charge 500 rs for drop to airport (nexus with hotel person)

Cons:

The room was dirty, lots of mosquitoes and it was not comfortable. There was no provision for ordering food from the property as they said that the cook is unavailable. The service is really disappointing. The bed was almost broken and there was spit on the walls.

Very bad mattresses also cockroaches were running around in the room. Heater was not working, room was not cleaned and the floor was sticky, room was also smelly.

Rooms are smells like cigarettes, dirty rooms, air conditioning doesn’t work, used condoms in thé cabinet drawers, nõ water in the bathroom, shower doesn’t work, it was mỳ worst experience with this hotel , such a horrible experience
