Clean and comfortable

Cons:

WiFi was shockingly unreliable, staff didn't seem to care when informed. Breakfast included... be prepared to pay again. The Breakfast in the cafe is NOT included... staff are rude and not interested in your booking.com purchase

Experience desagrable pour les non fumeurs
Pros:

Bon Rapport Qualité Prix, Receptionniste accueillant, service resto de bonne qualité

Cons:

Forte odeur de cigarette aussi bien dans la chambre que dans le couloir, pour un non fumeur, c'est desagreable. Et le plus decevant c'est le fait de s'excuser de ne pas pouvoir me changer de chambre apres ma reclamation. Ce simple geste aurait fait une grande difference sur mon appreciation de l'hotel.

Für eine Nacht eine gute Anlaufstelle
Pros:

Für die Durchreise oder als Unterkunft für Ausflüge zu den Ouzoud Wasserfällen sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben die eine Nacht gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Das Bad war in die Jahre gekommen.
