Für meinen Konzertbesuch genau richtig
Pros:

Die Lage ist bestens z.B. für die Hans-Martin-Schleyer Halle und den unkomplizierten Zugang rund um die Uhr. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist natürlich auch gut und für so wenig Geld für Stuttgart kann man keine Luxusaustattung erwarten

Cons:

Na ein wenig Pech gehabt. Im Haus war eine Veranstaltung mit ziemlich lauter Musik aber die ist ja nicht immer. Die gute Lage zum Bahnhof ist natürlich gleichzeitig ein Nachteil weil die Züge die am Gästehaus vorbeifahren extrem laut sind.

Bett war bequem und S-Bahn/ Ubahn ist sehr nah. Preislich auch gut.

Also ich ankam, wusste ich nicht wie man die Tür öffnet, da vergessen wurde mir einen Code zu öffnen. Da die Rezeptionistin aber noch da war hat sie mir geöffnet, sie wäre aber 5 min später weg gewesen... Dann war mein Zimmer nicht geputzt, ich öffne den Raum und sowohl Bett als auch Handtuch lag ungemacht dort. Da die Frau noch da war, bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer, aber es lief schon ziemlich viel schief in den ersten 10 min. Dann war mein Zimmer Richtung Straße und es ist wirklich sehr laut! Trotz Rolladen hört man konstant den Straßenlärm. Heizung ging ebenfalls nicht,sodass ich frieren musste. Dusche/ Bad war soweit ok, wird aber nicht täglich gereinigt...

Value for money, my stay was okay.
Pros:

Sehr Central, Mitarbeiter sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit :)

Cons:

Decke war sehr dünn besonders dass es sehr kalt in der Nacht war und Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.

Wenn man günstig ohne Schnickschnack einen Platz zum Schlafen braucht, dann ist das zu empfehlen.
Kein Frühstück, keine Rezeption, keine Minibar,...
Aber U und S-Bahn gleich daneben

Cons:

Information über check in verbesserungswürdig.
Kommunikation über booking funktionierte nicht.
Erst direkter Kontakt per E-Mail hat Erfolg gebracht.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. They let me stay in my room after checkout time for the whole day. I got a lot of work done thanks to them and quiet room.

Pros:

A quiet, clean place. There is a kitchenette on the second floor and you can prepare food

We just would have preferred a kingsize bed and not two separate beds. Otherwise, everything was o.k. Very good and generous german breakfast and friendly staff. Thanks to them

God value for money
Pros:

Well situated for our purposes, public transport a short walking distance away. Super comfy bed, lovely hot sit shower (own bathroom) Petra and Doris very friendly and accommodating. Quiet, did not hear trains or other guests.

Cons:

A mini fridge in room would have been great and a working remote for the TV. Was a bit temperamental but really a minor issue.
