Great overnight stay, central location
Pros:

Location right in centre of town , rooms are on third floor , restaurant on second floor then the bar is on ground floor and although it is a very busy pub was not disturbed at all . Would definitely stay there again

Cons:

Breakfast would have been nice but it was not problem finding somewhere to go

Pros:

We really enjoyed the central location of this hotel. What made it even better was how beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean our room was. And best of all was how friendly and helpful the staff were, in person and online, for example we were able to negotiate a slightly later check out time to give us time to shower and change after a parkrun - and there was no extra cost. Can't recommend highly enough!

Absolutely perfect.
Pros:

We arrived later than check in times, thinking we could arrive anytime as there was a ‘not sure’ option. We didn’t realise that the last check in was at 8pm. The owner, who was abroad at the time, still answered our call and organised for someone to come and let us into the property. David arrived within five minutes and could not have been nicer and more helpful. I honestly don’t know what we would have done if they hadn’t gone out of their way to help us. The room was big, beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were made perfectly and very comfy. Thank you so much to both of you for going out of your way to help us. We had travelled for nearly four hours after a full days work, and were exhausted. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be back if work takes us to a close by area in the future.

Cons:

I genuinely have no negative comments here. Private parking would have been beneficial for us but free on street parking was available so didn’t cause any issues.

A great over night stay
Pros:

We had a great room which was clean and comfortable. Our ferry was delayed and this was a great and convenient place to stay. The staff were very friendly too. Great town centre location

Needed 8 hours sleep before a boat ride and this was PERFECT.
Pros:

Very clean and neat - perfect for a comfortable night's sleep.

Cons:

I didn't need a car park but if I stayed longer, it may have been an issue that the hotel doesn't have parking.
