Quedlinburger Altstadt
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem typischen Fachwerkhaus mit sehr guter Lage in der Altstadt! Der Schloßberg mit Dom liegt zu Füssen, der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war grandios! Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend!

Pros:

Es ist warm, gemütlich, ein ganz besonderer Platz, wo man als Gast sehr geschätzt wird. Die Küche ist sehr gut, und es macht Freude, den Tag dort bei einem Glas Wein und guten Essen ausklingen zu lassen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Betten sehr gemütlich - man fühlt sich rundum wohl.

Pros:

Sehr hübsches kleines Hotel, ein Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Frühstück fehlte nichts. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Great 5-day stay in Quedlinburg
Pros:

A friend and I used Quedlinburg as a base for exploring the Harz Mountains. We much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Zum Schloss. Herr Mögenburg was a kind, professional, and generous host. I looked forward to getting a "Morgen!" and a smile from him every morning when I walked into the breakfast room. Breakfast was great and included fresh-cooked eggs. The room was clean and comfortable; the surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Marktplatz; my friend and I enjoyed our quiet walks back to the hotel from Marktplatz every night. Some basic German language skills are certainly helpful for staying here. My German is somewhere around the level of a 3 year old 🙂, which was adequate from my perspective (hopefully from Herr Mögenburg's perspective, too!).
