The location was perfect for our family reunion and the premises were clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and the breakfast was great. All in all a great time was had by our party.
It was a bit noisy but the premises were busy and t6hat is to be expected.
The location and scenery was just brilliant. The room was large and excellent value for money. Very clean and close to the town. Parking. We will be back.
Nothing. It was a brilliant place.
Great location for travelling to airport. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Comfy room excellent food staff so friendly
Good location and helpful staff on night 1
Damp small room, food for dinner was dry and poor. Challenged by member of staff day 2 that we had not paid for breakfast and said we were wrong. Overcharged for dog stay. Trains overhead stop at midnight and restart 5AM, boy racers revving until 1AM. Not a great experience.
Beautiful inn well appointed cosy bedroom great staff excellent meals. Bus to Edinburgh a short walk from the hotel. No trains available during our stay due to upgrading to the lines.
Nothing our stay was brilliant would return in a heartbeat.
Breakfast was excellent
Nothing to report
The room was a really good size with a sofa and two comfy chairs with views over the Forth Road Bridge. We ate a meal there one evening and it was very nice.
The bed was a little hard
Emplacement sympa car qui sort de l’ordinaire !Chambre cosy, personnel très sympathique et aidant. Un parking privé pour les voitures : très bien. Un très bon diner.
Food was mediocre -no guests sitting area only directed to bar! Bedrooms very basic - no anti slip mat in shower- could provide one if asked but was ready to use shower - soap nailed to the wall in shower and same at wash basin!!
i would honestly say almost every thing.
Hotel location was excellent, Room was large and comfortable with excellent views of the Forth
Staff had to be directed by management to check us in as we stood for circa 10 minutes waiting to be attended whilst 5 members of staff milled around ignoring the fact that guests were waiting to be served .
Evening meal was very poor with one main course having to be sent back to the kitchen twice to be cooked properly before staff were informed to forget it and please have the course removed from the bill.
Perfect location. Staff friendly and welcoming. Gave a very personal experience.
Clean, quaint and perfect location.
Friendly People Good Food
La ubicación y el paisaje
La atención del personal no era gentil ni servicial
La comunicación con otras ciudades era dificultosa
Tampoco estaba muy limpio, en especial las alfombras.
