The hotel is nice, Jean is a great owner who really cares about his guests! The hotel is just like the pictures!
Everybody is super helpful and willing to assist. We had some issues with the lack of towels or beds being doing not very well, but they fix it all.

The property was so serene, calm and close to the beach. Just the environment within the property made us feel relaxed. The pool was awesome. The team was so responsive and quick on any requests. We would definitely recommend it for friends and family.
Really liked the property, and the privacy of the space. It was green and beautiful, and the pool was a very welcome addition. The villa has a table with four chairs on a covered patio, which was a lovely place to sit.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Owner and staff are super-helpful and friendly -- easy to connect with and felt like honest local guides to Tamarindo. Location is fantastic. Property could not be more central in bustling Tamarindo and yet is safe and clean and pretty once you enter the gate. Iguanas and monkeys, by the pool, nice loungers, AC worked great, excellent service. The rooms are not fancy but comfortable -- we slept very well and loved having our own little kitchen area.
Just two items: 1) The middle room does not have AC (we are a family of 5), so the person sleeping on the pullout did not sleep as well. 2) Restaurant/bar not too far away played music pretty late into the night -- nothing that they can do about it, just the tradeoff of being a 3-minute walk from town and the beautiful beach.

The location is fantastic if you want to be right in Tamarindo. With that said, it is a tropical sanctuary within the walls of the complex. Jean Marc was an amazing host and resource. Best way to start a long visit in Costa Rica.
Beautiful little oasis. Clean, large rooms including a full sized kitchen with everything provided. Very short walk to the beach and close to many amazing restaurants, markets, and shops. Amazing staff and owner. Luca was super helpful in helping us with local activities, even with the laundry service.

Fun property. Pool in front of the door. Attentive staff and owner. They were quick with daily recommendations for things to do and where to grab dinner. Everyplace we went for dinner was awesome and different. Very quick to respond to texts on questions. Arranged a rental car for us. Had a blast
Everything about the place. The apartment was amazing, clean and comfortable. Cleaners came in daily and done an amazing job.
The pool was a brilliant addition which both adults and the kids enjoyed.
Loved the fact it was so close to the beach but far enough away it was private.
Nothing comes to mind
Welcoming, engaging but not overly involved - a great balance of giving us privacy and also checking in to see if we needed anything. Beds were comfy, a/c worked well, enjoyed some privacy with the pool - it was like living in a small apartment complex for the few days we were there and it is within a gated and locked courtyard. Felt very safe and it was only 1 block from a food truck park and 2 blocks from the beach.
There were some ants, but they were just seeking out water as it was drought-like conditions - they sprayed but couldn't do anything about the larger issue.
