Pros:

POOR ROOM SERVICE , NO SOAP, TEA, TV not working properly; vehicle and driver arranged for sight seeing was not cooperative and was in a hurry to complete it as soon as possible , skipped many locations. Better to arrange car with a schedule of locations and time.

Heart of city good location neat but food difficult

Hotel has been cancelled my booking without prior notice. I was on my way to Hotel , on the way I received call and says your booking has been cancelled due to maintenance. Its responsibility of the Hotel to arrange alternates.

You will be far better to avoid this place.

Cons:

Bedsheets were not clean at all. Breakfast was not hygenic at all and seating location was shabby. This kind of hotels should not be booked through this website. If you can't find good options in Rameswaram, better to go to the place directly and enquire about the hotels on spot. There are enough hotels which are not listed on any website.
I paid more than 4 times the price than what this hotel is worth and booking.com after milking hundreds of euros through my booking cannot support my claim even after providing a legitimate screenshot.
In the future, I am going to avoid booking.com and try to book directly at hotels website. A little bit of hassle for me, but at least fair price to the hotel /appartment owners.
