Pros:

chambre nettoyé tous les jours, personnels très agréable, serviable
direction également très aimable
l'hôtel est très bien situé

Cons:

avec un supplément il pourrait être proposé un petit déjeuner, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cela à proximité mais cela n'ouvre qu'à partir de 8h
après c'est une remarque très personnel tout le monde ne se lève pas à 5h

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr geholfen die Reise auf dem Pangalaneskanälen zu organisieren. Das Zimmer war gut in Schuss und sauber. Der Wasserdruck war super.

Cons:

Die Tür ins Zimmer war nicht mehr so gut in Schuss und die Tür zum Badezimmer ließ sich nicht mehr schließen.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait (centre-ville de Toamasina) . Un plus: le café est bon ! Direction et personnel disponibles et agréables.

The room had a bath, the staff were friendly. Air con worked.

Cons:

The toilet door would not close, there was no ventilation in toilet like a window. There was an extractor fan that did not work. Nothing to take out odours, very unpleasant. We had to use the downstairs toilets in restaurant that had no seats or lavatory paper, we took our own.

Pros:

Excellent hotel with traditional charm (unlike those non-descript modern hotels that look the same all over the world). Very welcoming and helpful staff. Nicely furnished and clean room, new bathroom. All in all highly recommended.

L'emplacement est très pratique (proche du marché, beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs) tout en étant calme à la fois. L'hôtel même est très joli et le personnel est à la fois professionnel et disponible en tout temps.
J'y reviendrai sans aucune hésitation!

Cons:

Le manque de luminosité, l'éclairage des ampoules est très faible. Petit problème également avec la sdb de notre chambre, on a eu du mal à fermer la porte et difficile de ne pas mettre de l'eau partout quand on se douche....ceci dit, on ne les leur a pas signalé pendant notre séjour donc ce n'était pas si grave que ça.
