Stylish, modern, comfortable, great experience!
Pros:

Super nice hotel! Very modern, comfortable and big rooms, with all the amenities that you might need. The food was excellent, both breakfast which offered huge selection, as well as dinner. Dinner is a must. It's a set menu which you pick in the morning, and there are plenty of options for vegetarians, gluten free etc. It's a 5 course meal every evening, so need to pace yourself, since you can easily overdo it with food. The hotel has a pool, which is quite small, and not very convenient for swimming, but a nice place to relax after skiing. There are several saunas available too. There is a large ski depot where you can keep your ski gear. Also, there is plenty of parking available around the hotel, as well as in the garage. Public transport is available to take you to Cabinovia Alpe di Siusi and it is very convenient, as the busses go frequently (bus #3 and #173) and the bus ride is about 10 minutes. It takes about 5 minutes from the hotel to the main bus station.

Pros:

Personale molto gentile e professionale, prodotti colazione e cena di ottima qualità, ampia scelta e ottima cucina.
La camera confortevole e pulita, ottimo il garage coperto, la posizione comoda per spostarsi a piedi.

Cons:

La piscina è un pò piccola anche se la zona relax è ampia e confortevole.

Very nice accommodations near a very walkable town center
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. It was close to town center and we could walk to everything. Town restaurants that we went to were fantastic!

Cons:

Evenings were a little chilly, but considering the time of year, that would be expected to some degree.

Pros:

la colazione ottima e varia con ingredienti di qualità; camera e albergo recenti, molto puliti e di buon gusto. Temperatura gradevole ovunque. Spa grande e molto carina. Posizione eccellente. Aperitivo di benvenuto e sconti sui mezzi.

Cons:

cena buona ma migliorabile come offerta (spesso piatti riciclati dal giorno prima ma può andare bene per evitare sprechi); letti e cuscini davvero scomodissimi perchè mollissimi; prezzo delle bevande e anche dell'acqua di sorgente (in molti hotel inclusa) davvero alto! Trattamenti spa piuttosto cari. Costo giornaliero per un cane di piccolissima taglia davvero alto.

Una bellissima settimana bianca
Pros:

La struttura è bellissima , nuova con ottimi servizi, le camere belle , pulitissime e davvero comode.La colazione è il pranzo davvero ottimi e con un ampia scelta , tutto freschissimo e cucinato bene , il pomeriggio inoltre viene messo a disposizione anche un piccolo buffet per uno spuntino , che abbiamo trovato davvero un’aggiunta piacevole , soprattutto se si torna dalle piste da sci stanchi e un po affamati, un’attenzione mai trovata e molto apprezzata . Lo staff davvero preparato e pronto a soddisfare le richieste , davvero carini e cordiali in particolare Elisa e Pasquale. In più una spa con piscina esterna riscaldata davvero bella con una vista molto suggestiva . Se dovessimo ritornare in zona senz’altro sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel.

Location perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi le Alpi di Siusi.
Pros:

Ci é piaciuto tutto! La posizione é davvero centralissima al paese di Castelrotto, da lì partono moltissimi sentieri e percorsi da fare a piedi, tramite i quali si possono raggiungere le Alpi di Siusi e vicino c’é anche una cabinovia appena aperta da pochi mesi che porta al carinissimo rifugio Marinzen. L’hotel è molto nuovo, la Spa è ben organizzata e non troppo caotica nonostante fosse il periodo natalizio. La colazione e la cena a buffet offrono davvero tantissime varietà e qualità di cibi. Il personale dello staff inoltre è riuscito a soddisfare benissimo le nostre richieste di cucina vegana, motivo per cui ci siamo fermati a cena anche una volta finito il soggiorno. Infine sono stati anche molto gentili perchè ci hanno permesso di portare il nostro cane in una stanza nella quale di solito non è permesso portare cani.

Cons:

Direi nulla, ma l’unica cosa che mi sento di dire è che i kit di ciabattine e balsamo per il bagno sono da richiedere in reception.
