Rooms where clean and spacious, very homey. The restroom was small but the shower installef was overhead so it was managable.
Location was superb right in the middle of San Vicente town proper near stores, laundry shops, groceries and restaurants.
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming.
For starters, it starts quite late 8:30 to 10 am and eventhough we stated an exact time for us to eat ex. 10:00am she would only start to prepare the food at 10:00 am so it’s not that ideal for people with schedules tours for the day.
It was low season so the restaurant was closed and the chef was not there. The breakfast was just toast and bland soggy eggs and 2 pieces of pineapple.
Like in most places the staff is always brilliantly helpful,this was the case.Contrary to what booking.com stated,the room i reserved was not the only one available infact i was the only guest so the pension admin was kind enough to offer me a larger room.Nice to find toilet paper in the bathroom and beautiful roof top terrace to relax

Lovely staff, awesome restaurant on the roof with a great view. Food was delicious. The room was nice.
The location is super convenient. I've only had dinner at the restaurant once, and their gambas was delicious. I also appreciate that they open early, so you can grab coffee right away in the morning. The staff are really nice and friendly, which was a highlight. The lady managing the restaurant was particularly responsive and changed my pillows right away when I asked. The shower's water pressure is also really strong, which I like. Just a heads up, the restaurant and accommodation seem to be managed separately.
The room was unkempt, and several issues detracted from my stay. The pillows and part of the mattress had a lingering musty smell, and the faucet's rust transferred to my skin. Basic amenities like a hairdryer were missing, and the A/C wasn't cold enough, making it hard to sleep. I also didn't see any housekeeping service during my stay, and the internet was slow. The breakfast pricing seemed inconsistent too—200 pesos for a cup of coffee and two boiled eggs, but 150 pesos for a cup of coffee and scrambled eggs with cheese the next day. If you can ignore all these factors and focus on the ideal location alone, this place might be okay for you.
Stayed for 4 nights booked all the rooms (7 of us) the hosts were amazing they couldn't do enough for us showed us all the spots to go to and helped us get there! the food was incredible. The atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely stay again!!
The room was and the entire building offer a basic place to stay. The food at the restaurant on the 3rd floor was very good and reasonably priced. My AC went out on my first night there and they had a technician there to fix it within an hour or so which I was very thankful for.
This is an older building with older features. My room was tiny and basic. The internet was spotty at best, but I believe that the entire area has internet issues. If you are just looking for a no frills place to rest your head, this is it.

Best things were the beautiful views, netflix, clean rooms, amazing terrace and food/drinks, and best of all, fabulous and kind staff upstairs!!! Shout out to Kieran and Beth!!!! <3 so worth the money
Even if I only had a very short stay, Kieran, Ginky, and Beth ensured that I felt home. They offered very sound suggestions on what I can do with my one-night only visit.
Originally, my plan was just to fly to Cebu from here, but I fell in love with the place. I shall be back for more! 😁

The inside of the building is very charming and the room is really nice. There is a beautiful terrace for breakfast and dinner if you like and the food is really good. Staff super helpful and friendly.
I would have given it a higher rating if it wasn’t for the bathroom. It was tiny. Shower, toilet think all in one tiny space. Don’t know if it was just our room. I don‘t really understand why. There would have been plenty of room for a separate shower. The plumbing was right there. I couldn’t even take a picture of this bathroom, that‘s how tiny it was!
