Aufenthalt zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Südtirol. Die familiäre Atmosphäre war einfach einzigartig – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen, besonders der Cappuccino war der beste, den ich je getrunken habe.

Das Team war stets aufmerksam und hat sich mit viel Engagement um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man hat wirklich gemerkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lots good, but room disappointing.
Pros:

A clearly family orientated hotel, conveniently located and with great staff. A very enjoyable breakfast in the attractive, traditional style breakfast room.

Cons:

We had a room just off reception which felt quite tired in terms of decor and is next to the ski room so lots of clumping ski boots outside. A little disappointing and not to the usually high standard we encountered in other places.
