Pros:

Colazione.
Tranquillità.
Già conoscevo la struttura perché ci ero stata in diverse occasioni negli ultimi 20 anni.
Non ho usato il parcheggio perché ero con i mezzi pubblici
L'ambiente dell'hotel è unico e inimitabile

Comodo e pulito.
Pros:

Una struttura pulitissima in centro al paese. Comoda ad ogni servizio e dotata di un centro spa piccolino ma funzionale. Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Sulla colazione non posso dire nulla perché non ho usufruito del servizio.

Cons:

Probabilmente metterei almeno nelle ore diurne, una persona di servizio alla hall dato che il check-in ed il check out deve necessariamente essere fatto presso l’Hotel Castelruth a qualche decina di metri. La struttura merita in ogni caso una persona sempre presente durante il soggiorno.

Pros:

Fantastiskt läge, nära busshållplatsen. Bra med parkeringsplats till bilen. Fantastisk frukost. Vänlig personal. Kul idé med ”honesty bar”och otroligt bra att ha tillgång till ett kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Mysiga gemensamma utrymmen.

Cons:

Lite knöligt med obemannad reception. Incheckningen skedde på ett annat hotell.

Pros:

Well appointed room, scrumptious breakfast to set us up for each day's skiing, quirky decor details, comfy honesty bar, and all run by helpful & knowledgeable people. Decent eateries and the ski bus all within 5 mins walk. Really couldn't ask for more.

Lovely stay in Castelrotto
Pros:

We had a lovely week at the Cavallino D’oro. We were looked after very well by Olga and Katya. The hotel is warm, clean and comfortable and the ladies at breakfast are very accommodating. We are a family of 4 and had interconnecting rooms which worked really well.

Fairy tale!
Pros:

The town is absolutely the cutest thing. The hotel is wonderful, with comfortable rooms and amenities. The breakfast is super delicious, with many options for both food and drinks, featuring local products that are the yummiest!
We loved the spa area with sauna and steam. There is also an honor system bar where you can serve yourself and hang out with your companions. There is also a game room and even a guitar available for playing, which my talented son took full advantage of.
We were very pleased with our stay at Cavalino D'Oro - Money well spent!

Cons:

I loved every aspect of it.

Amazing and I would recommend to everyone!!
Pros:

This hotel is so beautiful and quaint, it was literally like a dream and a big reason my boyfriend and I just fell in love with Castelrotto. Delicious, good variety included breakfast.

Pillows very flat, not soft. No front desk on site. We were told on checking that we weren’t allowed at restaurant in main fancy hotel, but later we read our hotel printed booklet and it said we could have …

Завтрак: начало декларировано в 7 00, по факту 7 30, 6 лет назад готовили омлет- сейчас нет. 5 дней из 6 не работала сушилка для ботинок. Включили после 3 претензий.

Hotel Cavallino d'Oro is a real gem of South Tyrol
Pros:

We stayed at Cavallino d'Oro in January. This hotel is a real gem! Located in a beautiful old building which has a history of 700 years, but fully renovated inside and outside. We had a spacious family room with a master bedroom and a separate small bedroom for our kid. Everything is clean and pefectly maintained. The hotel has its own designated parking area in the underground garage only 1 min walk away. The bus stop os also very close. It is less than 10 min drive to the Alpe di Siusi cable car, and a half hour to the city of Bolzano.

Excellent hotel in South Tyrol
Pros:

This place is amazing. The building with 700 years' history, but fully renovated with all modern facilities. Warm cosy and quiet. If you travel by car, you get free parking in an underground garage within 1 minute's walk. If you need publice transport, the bus stop is right outside, and the tickets are already included in the accomodation price. It takes 10 minutes by car or by bus to get to the Alpe di Siusi cable car which takes you to the ski lifts of the Val Gardena / Alpe di Siusi ski area. The city of Bolzano is in less tha 30 mintues' drive.
