Wonderful stay in Ortisei
Pros:

Lovely apartment style accommodations in the center of town. Our unit had a spacious outdoor space to enjoy with several options of seating. The location was perfect as it was steps away from quaint shops and restaurants. The reception staff was warm and welcoming. While there was no a/c and we had 90+ daytime temperatures, we were comfortable at night leaving the windows and patio door open as it cooled off in the evenings. An honesty bar and laundry were also appreciated amenities. Would stay here again.

A wonderful holiday in Castelrotto
Pros:

We had a truly special and oh so memorable time in the Hotel Cavallino d'Oro.
The atmosphere was very relaxing, the decor of the hotel and the rooms were in the style of the region - the South Tyrol- impeccably clean and very attractive. The breakfast was gorgeous served by very attentive and friendly staff.
Other facilities included a sauna and steam room and an honesty bar.
All of this in the village square in the middle of the Dolomite mountains. It was perfect!

A wonderful place in the Dolomites!!
Pros:

I love this place. It was surprisingly nice. The small patio, the separate toilet and bath in the spacious room were just the start. The entire 700 year old hotel is charming. Notes: Parking is in the underground lot before the bus lot. But first, get your room key. Also, there's a chance you have to walk to a nearby affiliated hotel to check in.

Great place to stay for comfort and convenience

One of our best stays of our whole trip
Pros:

Pros:

Cavallino is perfectly located in the center of the old town. Beautiful setting, honor bar was excellent and unexpected, the breakfast was exceptional. The access to the sauna was unexpected and a real treasure for this place.
