Чистые номера, просторные и комфортные, большой балкон, до океана минута пешком

Cons:

Отель расположен рядом с клубами, из которых долбит музыка полночи, уснуть невозможно.
Утром решил переехать в другой отель, менеджер сразу изменился в своем поведении и вместо улыбки и помощи в решении вопроса отмена брони и переезда, стал грубо общаться, ставить какие то условия, а именно: вы не уедете отсюда, пока не отмените бронь, в таких случаях и букинг не отвечает быстро на отмену брони. В общем, персонал крайне изменчивый, не понимающий, казалось бы первая линия и персонал обязан быть профессионалом и говорить на английском языке свободно, по факту: ни того, ни другого.

Pros:

Booked last minute but it was a very handy location and had a good stay. The room was a good size and you could see the sea through the trees on the balcony.

Cons:

The room was a little dated but didn't bother us much.

Small hotel setup across the road from the beach, no real view of the sea, but not a huge issue, great sitting out on the balcony watching life go by in the evenings.
