We’ve been going for years, love the place. The staff are really welcoming & helpful, there are lots of nice restaurants about & the spa treatments are excellent. My husband likes the golf simulator too! Maybe the rooms could do with an update now but they’re still very nice.
Only that our shower water kept overflowing as the drain appeared to be blocked.

1) Ежедневная уборка номера и замена полотенец;
2) наличие завтрака;
3) хорошая звукоизоляция ;
4) ванная комната: есть туалет и биде;
5) шезлонги на балконе;
6) вид из номера шикарный
Минусы:
1) Очень дорогая аренда машины;
2) за вызывание такси к отелю мне выставили в конце проживания счёт, я была в шоке.
3) Отель позиционирует себя как пятизвёздочный, но бассейн и спа работают до 20.00. Я не ребёнок, чтобы в 8 был отбой
Учитывая, что лето, было бы идеально до 22.00 сделать посещение доступным.
4) в спа нормальное только джакузи, вода в бассейне холодная, так же при заказе услуг массажа не предупредили о стоимости заранее, итого по 70 евро с человека за ПОЛ ЧАСА массажа- очень дорого, и не соответствует качество. Будто массаж делал ребёнок, а не профессионал.
5) если я хочу прийти вечером поесть в ресторане, мне нужно ждать около 20 минут, чтобы ко мне просто подошли. При загруженности в 8 столиков.
6) лейку в ванной невозможно было достать, нужно было её вытягивать и держать в натяжении буквально, чтобы помыться. Душ нормальный, но внизу стекло не доходит в упор, по этому вода выливалась на пол, внизу было немного грязно.
7) рум сервис: хотели заказать еду в номер, в итоге из - за 2х позиций перезвонили 3 раза и сказали, что того нет, этого нет, мы заменим. Вопрос- нахера тогда меню, если ничего нет

On the photos the property looks nice. The views are nice. The hotel itself self is ok not terrible but not 5 star luxury as it claims. The gym was good.
The standard of this hotel is not luxury or 5 star unfortunately. It’s a nice 4 star and should be re classified. The hotel is a little tired and needs updating. Peeling wallpaper tired paintwork, cracked sink. Disappointed
Location is perfect, staff are really friendly and go the extra mile. Room was always clean, they even cleaned it twice in one day. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would 100% recommend to others.
