Добро обслужване, широки и комфортни стаи.
Pros:

Добро обслужване, л/безен персонал. Стаята беше чиста и комфортна и на висок етаж, с гледка към планината.

Cons:

Закуската не беше особено адекватна: две три филии с хляб парче масло и по едно парче шунка и кашкавал с резенче домат и краставица, но това е разбираемо, спрямо ценовата рамка, в която се позиционира хотела. Все пак по-добре с нея от кокото бз нея.

Надмина очакванията ни!
Pros:

Още при настаняване ни посрещна лъчезарно и усмихнато момиче, адмирации за нея, първото впечатление е най-важно, а тя направи отлично такова. Базата е стара, но поддържана добре и беше много чисто в стаята, просто още когато отворихме вратата на стаята, миришеше на чисто.Камериерките са готини и усмихнати.Басейните са отлични, топла минерална вода, чисти.Близко до центъра.Много вкусно обедно меню на прилични цени.

Cons:

Закуската е базова, може да се наблегне на обучение на кадрите в ресторанта и да се увеличи асортимента на бара, да се включат коктейли например.:)

Перфектна локация, много просторно, голям и добре поддържан двор. Плувният басейн и детския басейн са отлично поддържани, водата изключително чиста и с подходяща температура за плуване-идеални условия за хората, обичащи да плуват. Стаите са добре обзаведени и поддържани. Има достатъчно паркоместа. Персоналът е внимателен и любезен. Идеално нискобюджетно място за хора, които ценят удобствата и не държат на лукса.

Pros:

Das Schwimmbecken ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alle unterstützen sich gegenseitig.
Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, drei mal das gleiche muss nicht sein.
Die Möglichkeit es abzuwählen gibt es leider nicht.

Cons:

Der Hausmeister müsste in regelmäßigen Abständen mal durch die Zimmer gehen und Kleinigkeiten, wie kaputte Glühbirnen, austauschen.
Auch die Tapete über der Badtür müsste mal wieder angeklebt werden. Ich habe delikat drüber weggeschaut.
Vielleicht ist die Kommunikation mit dem Reinigungspersonal nicht so gut.
