Great Italian hospitality
Pros:

Marcella and her husband are real hosts. They make you feel welcome and go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. They are warm and embody real Italian hospitality. The room was very clean, cosy, with aircon and TV. Breakfast is varied, abundant and, needless to say, yummy - the apple cake was delicious. Thanks again to this nice couple for hosting me.

Nonostante i rumori la camera piccolina era accogliente!

Diciamo che anche su Booking c’era scritto che non dovevamo pagare più niente, ci è stato chiesto di pagare per la pulizia per il cane e ci sta, è un euro per la tassa di soggiorno per il cane? Poi altri 4€ per il parcheggio convenzionato che hanno detto fosse valido per 24 ore, resta comunque da vedere se effettivamente non ci arriverà qualche multa.
Poi la stanza piccola aveva dei macchinari fuori sul balcone che erano bastate rumorosi. Nonostante ciò non posso dire che siamo stati male, e che c’è sempre qualcosa da migliorare!

Tutto bene eccetto.... Le uova!!!
Pros:

Il letto era comodo. Posizione tranquilla a 10 min dalla stazione dei treni e a 2 min dal supermercato. C'è una pineta da cui si arriva alla spiaggia.

Cons:

Si sentono molto i rumori tra una camera e l'altra e anche col secondo piano. La colazione era compresa ma quando ho preso la mia porzione di uova sbattute ( in viaggio mangio la colazione salata per poi evitare di pranzare e perché adoro le uova!!) mi è parso di sentire che ai proprietari non fosse piaciuto.. D'altronde se si offre il servizio colazione inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno c'è gente che gradisce due volte il caffè e chi invece vuole una razione abbondante di uova, bisogna metterlo in conto.. Non lamentarsi di quanto uno mangia perché " Se tutti fanno così ". Per il resto tutto a posto 🙂 aggiungo che il bagno fuori dalla stanza non è il massimo della comodità ma sapevo a cosa andavo incontro ed effettivamente
era pulito e spazioso.

Posizione della struttura, centilezza del personale e attenti alle esigenze della clientela

Cons:

Peccato che nei dintorni non c'è un parcheggio dedicato alla struttura ma devi parcheggiare a pagento lungo la via. Comunque la struttura è accreditata ad un ottimo prezzo per i parcheggia a pagamento

Ottimo per un weekend tranquillo in famiglia.
Pros:

I proprietari sono stati da subito molto accoglienti e disponibili. La camera era molto spaziosa e veramente alto il livello di pulizia. La colazione discreta sia in qualità che quantità e più che in linea con la categoria dell'hotel.

Cons:

Se avete problemi con le scale non ci sono ascensor quindi chiedete prima di prenotare. Ma questa ovviamente non è una colpa, per il resto tutto ok.

Wir waren vor zwei Jahren hier schon einmal auf der Durchreise und werden gern wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, familiäre Atmosphäre, auch unser Pudel wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen.
