Cons:

Nu am fost informați că vom avea cazarea la un alt hotel, până am ajuns la recepție. Trebuia să fim informați din timp despre acest aspect.
Micul dejun pe care l-am platit suplimentar a fost adus și lăsat în sala de mese și am găsit totul răce (este diversificat dar nu mai găsești mânarea calda).
Indicat este sa fie aleasa camerele din spatele, nu spre strada principala.

Pros:

Personalul de nota 10. Doamna ce se ocupa de cam toate lucrurile în hotel a fost extrem de amabila, comunicativa, înțelegătoare și plină de voie buna.

Locația extrem de bine amplasata la 4-5 minute de poartă cetății. Cu toate ca este situata în zona centrală a fost foarte liniște în camera.

Parcarea este una mare la 100-150 de metrii de hotel cu porți de fier închise cu lacăt (cheia este comuna și se poate lua de la recepție) nu prea ai nevoie de mașina având în vedere amploarea hotelului.

Curățenia a fost foarte buna în tot hotelul.

Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, diversificat, din belșug și proaspăt.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Al lado de la cama había una mancha de humedad que al respirar olía mucho. La limpieza del baño justita, la taza al llegar tenía restos de pis. A la ducha no le llega bien la luz del techo y está casi a oscuras. Los edredones de la cama están sin meter en la funda o sábana... Desayuno muy justo y frío porque lo hacen por la mañana y se queda allí hecho.

Very pleasant stay!
Pros:

Quite good hotel, we enjoyed our stay there. Very close to the old city 10 minutes walking. A very helpfull receptionist, i cant recall her name, but she was very polite. We also let the moto at the parking nearby and it felt safe.
