Je recommande malgré tout.
Pros:

Très beau bâtiment et chambres confortables et calmes. Déco dans le style de la ville et du bâtiment.

Cons:

Accueil un peu froid, malentendu sur le règlement de la chambre.

Am fost cazati pentru a treia oară aici, ceea ce spune multe despre această locație. Are o poziție excelentă față de toate atracțiile cetății. Personalul este foarte amabil, mic dejun foarte bun și mai mult decât suficient. Cu siguranță, daca mai ajungem în Sighișoara nu mai trebuie să căutăm cazare. 😁Mulțumim pentru tot! 🤗

Pros:

Casa Wagner are o poziționare foarte buna, in Piata Cetății, este o cazare liniștită care păstrează aerul rustic plin de farmec al caselor săsești.

Cons:

Din păcate mobila veche necesită reconditionare, piesele sunt frumoase si este pacat sa nu fie puse in valoare.
Sunt si cateva aspecte deranjante in ceea ce privește curățenia, lenjerii foarte vechi si "ponosite", cearceafuri prea mici pentru paturile duble, covoare murdare, tapiseriile scaunelor patate, lipsa paharelor in cameră. Mi se pare ca aceste aspecte odata rezolvate totul ar arata mult mai bine, chiar daca acest fapt ar presupune cresterea prețului/cameră. Unitatea de cazare are cu adevărat potențial si este regretabil că se împiedică de aceste aspecte.

Pros:

One of the young men who served me was really pleasant and friendly. Had amazing English as well which makes things easier. The room was warm, the water hot with great pressure. Very happy

Una peste alta, a fost un sejur placut in Sighisoara.
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost destul de bogat si variat, iar personalul fr dragut.

Cons:

La sosire, mi s-a oferit o camera foarte draguta, insa fereastra dadea spre o constructie de linga hotel, de unde se auzea mult zgomot. Am cerut sa mi se schimbe camera, si mi s-a oferit imediat alta, mai sus (a trebuit sa car bagajul pe multe scari), iar aceasta a doua camera avea, la rindul ei, vedere spre acelasi santier (chiar daca mai de sus). Am coborit din nou la receptie si a 3-a oara mi s-a dat o camera cu vedere la piata centrala. Mult mai linistita, insa: foarte mica (mansardata), patul fiind amplasat prost linga peretele mansardat, de care m-am lovit frecvent!
Nu am fost nemultumita la modul general, sunt genul de persoana care poate aprecia ceea ce este bun si frumos. Iar hotelul DVs chiar este! Personalul a fost destul de dragut si atent cu mine.
Insa, v-am povestit toate acestea pentru ca sincer, nu ar fi trebuit sa trec prin toate aceste etape. Altcineva in locul meu probabil ar fi plecat...sper ca pe viitor sa luati in considerare elemente de acest fel. Mai ales pentru cazul doamnelor care calatoresc singure.
PS: Am mai remarcat mirosul fr intens din camere, probabil datorat detergentilor sau substantelor pt curatenie. As sugera sa aveti si acest lucru in vedere. Un miros mai neutru ar putea fi mult mai placut, mai ales pentru persoanele mai sensibile.
