The location is great, I loved the bohemian design, and the breakfast.

Cons:

Even though it wasn’t an expensive hotel and the price was affordable, cleanliness should never be negotiable. Whether you pay €50 or €1,000 per night, basic hygiene should always be a priority.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue during our stay. Essential amenities such as a hairdryer, hangers, were missing, broken toilet brush and the noise from other rooms were unbereable. The decorative bedspread was dirty, and the carpets were in such poor condition that they seemed not to have been properly cleaned in years.

It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is beautiful and has so much potential. However, the overall impression is that everything has been done superficially, with a “good enough” attitude rather than genuine care and attention to detail. With better maintenance, proper cleaning, and a little more attention to the basics, this place could be so much better.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, en plein cœur de la citadelle de Sighișoara, parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. L’établissement possède beaucoup de charme et un cadre authentique. Nous avons également apprécié que le personnel nous propose une autre chambre après avoir fait part de notre déception.

Cons:

La première chambre proposée, située dans un bâtiment en face de l’hôtel, ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos de Booking. Même si les chambres peuvent varier, la différence était importante au vu du prix payé. Après avoir fait part de notre déception, une autre chambre, bien plus agréable, nous a été proposée.

La ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

La habitación no cumple con las fotografías. Nos situaron en la zona de trabajadores, donde se almacenaban las bicis de otros huéspedes. La habitación tenía telarañas, el acceso a terraza corresponde a un patio sin preparar, con una mesa con colillas de cigarro en el cenicero en abundancia, y donde se almacenan pertenencias de la propiedad. La bañera no tiene ni tapón para usarlo como bañera ni cortina o mampara para usarlo como ducha. No dispone de mesa comedor ni caja fuerte. La habitación no disponía de más ventanas más allá de la salida al patio mencionado.

Même si c’est une partie piétonne il était possible de venir avec la voiture 15min pour la décharger ce qui était très pratique.
Hôtel très calme, très agréable.

Autentická atmosfera v historickém jádru a historickém domě. Nečekaně krásná koupelna s rohovou vanou. Výhled přímo na náměstí, úžasná snídaně.
