Pros:

Nám se velice líbil vintážní styl tohoto hotelu. Vintážní zařízení sprchy i celého hotelu má své kouzlo.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut. Aber Sanierungen im Zimmer unbedingt notwendig.
Pros:

Preis Leistungsverhältnis wirklich sehr gut. Da auch Frühstück und Parkplatz im sehr günstigen Preis inkludiert ist. Super Lage neben dem Ortszentrum. Daher als Ansprechend (6) eingestuft.

Cons:

Was sehr störend war: 1. Kaputter Fußboden. 2. Sanitäranlagen: Dusche Maße: 70x70 cm. Kaum Möglichkeit sich mit den Händen Duschgel während des Duschens auf den Körper zu geben. Spülung am WC nur teilweise funktioniert. Wasserhähne am Waschbecken dauernd getropft, auch nach festem zudrehen.
Vermutung, dass hier die letzten 30 Jahre keine Erneuerungen bzw. Sanierungen bei den Zimmern vorgenommen wurde. Auch nicht, wo ganz offensichtlich eine Sanierung des Inventars erforderlich ist.

Buono per soggiorni di lavoro e studio considerata la posizione centrale ed i prezzi.
Pros:

Cordialità e gentilezza dei titolari è una conduzione familiare centenaria di un grande albergo vetusto in alcune parti ed arredato in stile anni 70 ma molto pulito e ben riscaldato. Ampia stanza con 3 letti e ancora spazio a disposizione. La colazione è all’italiana ( caffè tè brioches e fette biscottate burro marmellata o Nutella) comunque sufficiente. Ottima la posizione a due passi dal centro storico e da servizi e negozi.

Cons:

Nella stanza si sentivano molto i rumori provenienti da quelle attigue, le voci e anche l’acqua della doccia e lo sciacquone del bagno. La posizione della tv può essere migliorata rispetto a quella dei letti nella stanza. Mancava un divanetto/sofà o simili. Il parcheggio a disposizione in cortile adiacente alla struttura andrebbe illuminato.

Unica pecca il cuscino ,davvero difficile da gestire,ma migliorarlo è un attimo😀

Un buon compromesso
Pros:

Posizione buona per Spilimbergo con parcheggio privato. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo!

Cons:

Certo la struttura, l'arredamento, tutto è datato. Ma per rimanere una o due notti in zona è perfetto!
