Kunne ikke engelsk, kjøleskapet funket ikke, frokost var dårlig.

Frokosten..

Șantier de construcții în laterala vilei, unde se lucrează și în weekend, camera mică, instalație de aer condiționat centralizată, adică nu se poate controla din camere, dat fiind că nu este concepută instalația să facă față.
Baia cu duș dubios, care lasă apa să se scurgă în toată baia mai repede față de scurgerea din baie.
Petrecere de zi la restaurant cu muzică atât de puternică încât vibra clădirea și mai mulți turiști au plecat până seara târziu, dat fiind că era insuportabil zgomotul.

It wasn’t a big deal but there was no shower, only a bathtub

**I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel!**

We came to Untold Festival and booked this hotel **six months in advance for an entire week**. It cost us **$1,500**. Just keep that number in mind.

When we arrived, we waited **TWENTY MINUTES** for someone to finally bother coming to the reception desk. I actually started walking around the hotel looking for someone who could check us in. Eventually, a woman showed up and, with a very annoyed look on her face, handed us an electronic key.

There is **NO ELEVATOR** in this hotel, so I had to drag a huge suitcase all the way up to the third floor myself.

The room is spacious, but the furniture is old, and there wasn't even a **toilet brush**!!! Seriously, what am I supposed to do after using the toilet — clean it with my bare hands?!

There was constantly a **huge puddle of water from the air conditioner on the balcony**, and it was full of cockroaches. And yes, there were also a couple of them running around **inside the room**. Maybe that's why the entire room smelled like cockroach killer. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Oh, and the empty minibar refrigerator didn't work either. We also had to search through the wardrobe ourselves just to find the slippers.

Then we needed an iron. We discovered that the **phone in the room didn't work**, so I had to go downstairs to reception. And guess what? **Nobody was there AGAIN.** I had to spend another twenty minutes trying to find an administrator.

When she finally appeared, she told me that she was sitting downstairs and asked why we hadn't simply called her.

**Seriously? How the hell was I supposed to know where you were or have your phone number?! And why the hell am I the one who has to go looking for you?!**

Then I was told there was no iron. **WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS?!**

Actually, no — when I went back upstairs, she called me and told that there **i have an iron**.

Igazából csak javaslat lenne, hogy a hölgyeknek egy világítós piperetükör a fürdőszobában nagy segítség lenne, illetve egy hajszárító. (Nálam mindig van saját, ezért nem volt gond)

Nu cred ca exista ceva care sa nu iti placa la acesta vila care dupa parerea mea e subapreciata cu 3 stele.

Curățenia în baie. Cabina de duș improvizată pe podeaua cu gresie, rosturi negre de la “jeg”, gresie lucioasă fără protecții, risc ridicat de alunecare și accidentare.

Sengen var mange fjender.
