Good choice at breakfast and very good for an evening meal. Staff are really helpful.
Stairs to rooms are not too good if you have mobility issues.
Very easy online pre registration, ample parking. very friendly staff and I had an exceptional evening meal. far above the standard I was expecting for the cost of the room (which was very reasonable)
nothing to add
Clean room with a omfortable bed, bedlinen and towels. Biscuits with kettle etc was a nice touch.
Accessible bathroom was perfect.
The net curtains are the wrong size and hang below the blackouts. It looked dreadful.
No shower gel and two thirds of a toilet roll without a spare. My daughter's room was short of towels.
Poor Wi-Fi.
Very welcoming and attentive staff. Good food in nice setting. Comfortable bedrooms.
Mirrors need better lightning. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom or bedroom would be useful.
We arrived on a sunny day and had dinner in the beer garden in front of the inn, which was lovely (and the dinner was good!). The inn is beautifully decorated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had English breakfast the next morning (no muesli aside as in other hotels/inns). They had run out of hash browns, and my friend didn't want the sausage and the black pudding, so the hot chocolate that my friend ordered was free of charge, which was a nice gesture.
The hotel is ideally located if you plan to see Hampton Court Palace. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit there.
There were quite a few stairs and several doors until we reached our room on the second floor. This would be a problem for people with reduced mobility.
Close to Sandown Park
Room was very warm and no air con, there was a fan in the room but all it did was circulate the warm air
We had a great breakfast choice and very nicely cooked. Evening meals were very nice. The room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Bathroom also brilliant with a choice of two shower heads.
Nothing that we didn't like.
The location of the property was great for our stay, the room was spacious and had what we needed, a fan was provided also due to the heat. Breakfast had great choices, the bloody mary helped.
If the room had air con that would have ticked all boxes. If my eggs were a lttle softer, they would have been perfect.
Good location, clean
Breakfast wasn’t good
