A welcome surprise for a work trip.
Pros:

Lovely room, staff were friendly & relaxed. Beautifully decorated hotel with really good food in restaurant. Good parking facilities

Bathroom layout felt cramped due to large sink opposite door.

Apart from the shower it was alright for one night

A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay that left us wanting to return.
Pros:

Great accommodation in a lovely pub restaurant in Surrey. Very welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable rooms and frankly the best food we’ve had in months. The restaurant was superb.

Overall a great hotel at a reasonable price, but if I stayed here again I wouldn’t want to be in this room
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, the staff were fantastic and the food was great too.

Cons:

We stayed in room 104, the room itself was clean and spacious, however throughout the night there was either and extremely noisy air conditioning or refrigeration unit that had what sounded like dripping water all night, so we hardly slept.

If I'm in the area again I will definitely stay.
Pros:

Convenient for my work site. Room was nice and tidy. Easy early check out.

Cons:

Wi-fi access wasn't great, used my mobile hotspot.

Pros:

My room had a great bathroom and shower, nice big towels and was warm and cosy.

I had a very good welcome, polite and informed check in staff.

Cons:

Room carpet was very poor and stained as was dressing table chair. Mattress was very hard.

I ate in the bar and had an exceptionally good pizza but was not impressed with service from restaurant staff and appalled at the price of £4.20 for a small bottle of still water!

Excellent all round.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Room was very well equipped and spacious. Extremely comfortable bed and very good quality bed linen with the all-important mattress protector. Liked it being part of a pub/restaurant so we could drink and dine when we chose and the food and beverages were excellent. Efficient and friendly staff. Close proximity to the railway station for easy access into London Waterloo. Free parking.

Pros:

Bar and restaurant very nice. Warm and cosy with lovely lighting and decor.

Cons:

Our bathroom could have been cleaner and water temperature higher for shower. Would have liked to be offered toast at breakfast
