Really great value for money
Pros:

Modern place, full of all the modern amenities, situated at 10 minutes from a really nice beach. The pool was really clean and the pool area really well mantained. The staff was really helpful and nice and the room was cleaned everyday, which was amazing.for sure we will.come back here if we came to Sunny Beach/Nessebar.

Cons:

The pool could be heated and the bathroom had a slight smell but nothing to be scared of

Удобная локация, большая парковка, хороший номер с красивым ремонтом. К сожалению не успели сходить в их ресторан, но судя по количеству людей там очень хорошо. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова

Pros:

Hotel boutique de verdad, no muy grande, lo justo para estar cómodos sin aglomeraciones pero con buenos servicios. Las personas que lo atienden son majísimas. La piscina es pequeñita pero no hay casi gente, es más que suficiente. El restaurante sí está lleno y es que se come muy rico. La habitación amplia, la cama grande y cómoda. La ubicación bien, tranquila, a menos de 10 minutos de la playa dando un paseo. Nos dijeron que igual nos veíamos el año que viene y no lo descartamos (y nosotros no somos de repetir países y mucho menos hoteles)!

Cons:

Las sábanas estaban sin planchar. No desmerece en absoluto la estancia tan agradable, pero me chocó ver sábanas arrugadas en un hotel.

Foarte liniștit, departe de zgomotul străzii, camere decorate minimalist/industrial. Staff prietenos, în special la recepție.

Cons:

În seara de Sfânta Maria a fost o petrecere pe terasă care a durat dincolo de ora 02.00 AM. Am lăsat prosopul pe jos intr-o zi și l-am găsit ridicat și agățat în cui. Dacă îl pui pe jos, e evident ca trebuie schimbat. Ar trebui instruite mai bine cameristele.

Would recommend and would like to come again
Pros:

We liked absolutely everything. The room has very nice design, as well as the whole complex. Everything was clean and neat.

The location is perfect for those who travel both by car and by bus. The bus stop is very close nearby (5min walk). At the same time the hotel is not on a busy street and it is very peaceful and quiet.
There is a pool for those who prefer it instead of the sea, though the sea is not far as well (15min walk).

Also there is a restaurant in the hotel and the food was one of the best we tried in Sunny Beach and even Burgas.

N.B. For anyone going to Cacao Beach this place is one of the best picks in my opinion.

Cons:

The only small drawback is that there was no hair drier in the room and you need to ask for it at the reception.

Pros:

A new hotel. has everything you need in the room. good soundproofing. you can see the pool from the room. the reception will always help with any problems that arise. you can order a transfer. the hotel has a very good restaurant. the food is very tasty, the portions are large. children and adults will be satisfied. 5 minutes walk to the sea. cafes, shops within walking distance. also a bus stop nearby. everything was super!!!

Pros:

The industrial design of the room, the terrace, its closeness to the beach.
The staff was nice and helpful.
We also liked the fact that it was close to some supermarkets and restaurants.
They have free parking, with limited availability.

Cons:

There are a few things I would add to the room, for a greater experience: kitchen towels, hair dryer, dryer rack, complementary water. All in all, for us it was a lovely experience, but adding these things would have made it even better.
