The property is beautiful / stunning
For reasons I don’t need to go into ! My husband and I always have a twin room !
We were put in twin with single beds !
Suggestion would be put small double on a single bed , as everytime you moved you became uncovered and cold as single quilts just aren’t big enough ! Fine for kids but not adults
We are in the maid dinning hall , went into the bar after , could hear the kids talking ! Now I can swear with the best of them, but it’s very open space and echoey !! Could hear the language whilst sat down
And people had been eating in the bar area , and the staff kept walking past the tables with finished plates cutlery etc !
Paying what I paid , I expected more if I’m totally honest !!
I never complain , areas that just need sorting
very good
all good
Staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble for them
More choice on the dinner menu. More fish
The staff food and the history at this hotel are unbelievable
We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the experience of the history of the building and well located to visit Great Malvern for example.
There was some things missing from the breakfast menu for vegetarians but no real big issues and chef seemed happy to mix and match and find an alternative. Apart from that, all good.
The breakfast was very good as were the bar meals we did not use the restaurant for dinner. Bedroom was very comfortable and good size. Staff were excellent in every respect,
Only downside for me was that the bath was bit too small.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, both continental and cooked. The food provided was quality.
Nothing. Everything was first class.
Full of character with great service
Nothing
Excellent hotel, very welcoming staff, provided lots of information about the history of the hotel and the facilities. Dinner was really lovely and staff attentive. The bar was nice and relaxing, Howie served us and was genuinely friendly, polite and chatted to us explaining about a champagne that we had not tried before. Will definatly return for a full weekend
Lovely building polite staff
Hot room no A/c and uncomfortable pillows
Perfect hotel for a classic break.
I took my family here to celebrate a special birthday. The hotel from start to finish was excellent, we had one room upgraded, all 3 rooms booked were large. The showers were excellent, lovely to wallow in. The hotel also made a cake for my wife as a special surprise. My boys also enjoyed a great game of snooker on a full size table.
Nothing, staff and premises are excellent.
