Отличный отель для 3 звёзд!
Хочу выразить огромную благодарность персоналу гостиницы: очень доброжелательные люди, пошли нам на встречу - заселили в номер ранее, чем по правилам. Также предоставили электрочайник.
Уборщица также была очень старательной и отзывчивый. Отличное местоположение. Завтраками также остались довольны. Если вы отдыхаете с детьми - отель Смолян отличный вариант.
Большое спасибо! Желаю процветания вашей гостинице Смолян!

Cons:

Из минусов гостиницы:
- интернет только в зоне рецепции;
- в нашем номере (на двоих) не было окон, только дверь на балкон. Но её не хотелось оставлять открытой на ночь.

A fost frumos dar nu prea ...

Cons:

1.Parcarea in spate slab iluminata printre mărăcini neamenajata efectiv pe un teren părăsit
2.micul dejun slab , nu prea aveai ce sa alegi,noi nu am mâncat
3.au spus la început cand ne am cazat ca au in timpul zilei si niște băuturi (ei au spus nu am întrebat noi) dar defapt nu aveau nimic,o singura data am cerut apa si mi au zis sa cumpăr de la bar
3.camerele cu iz de anii 2000 la început dar recunosc ca erac curățel
4. Personal ușor necalificat la recepție...tineri neexperimentați, am vrut sa schimb camera ,aveau posibilitatea dar au refuzat din motiv ca mâncau o shaorma in fata mea in timpul ala
