Очень хороший отель,удобное место расположение. В отеле есть ресторан,довольно неплохие завтраки. Приветливый персонал.

Pros:

Smolyan Hotel'de 4 gece konakladık. Öncelikle bunun tam bir fiyat/performans oteli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Özellikle Türk misafirler için personelin Türkçe konuşabiliyor olması büyük bir avantaj sağlıyor. İletişim konusunda hiç zorluk yaşamadık ve bu durum konaklamamızı oldukça rahat hale getirdi.

Otelin konumu da oldukça başarılı. Hem plaja hem de Sunny Beach'teki alışveriş ve gezilecek noktalara yaklaşık 15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Bu sayede araç kullanmadan her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Fiyatına göre sunduğu imkanlar, konumu ve güler yüzlü personeliyle memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu.

Cons:

wi-fi odada sadece belirli bölgede çekiyordu. Diğer hotel ortak kullanım alalnlarında problem yoktu. Tabi konuya pozitif bakıyoruz çocuğum daha az ekrana baktı :)

Personnel sympathique
Petit déjeuner et Piscine top
Chambre avec balcon
Bon emplacement (15 minutes à pied de Sunny Beach)
Check-in tardif
Bus à proximité de l’hôtel (notamment pour les aquaparks)
Rapport qualité prix bien

Cons:

Pas de gel douche ni de shampooing
Rideau pas occultant et qui laisse passer la lumière du jour
Attente systématiquement assez longue aux ascenseurs
Literie non faite, juste les draps propres sont laissés sur le lit
Oreillers pas très confortables (le lit est bien cependant)

Konumu,temizlik ve kahvaltı'da yeterli tabii ki de personel'de çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü başta her yere yetişen Beysim bey özellikle bir teşekkürü hak ediyorlar sunny beach 'te güzel bir adresimiz oldu her şey için teşekkürler.

Odalar'da internet çok zayıf umarım en kısa zamanda onun içinde bir destek yapılır.

Nice pool and very clean

Cons:

The electric in each room is controlled by placing a card in the wall which is in the doorway but the lights on the corridors don’t stay on long enough making it difficult to see to lock the door
