Hat gepasst
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. An sich war alles sehr gut bis auf das sehr schmale Bett und den Teppich. Ich bevorzuge Bodenflächen die Allergiefreundlich sind. Staubmilben lassen sich bei Teppich nicht vermeiden. Ansonsten alles sauber und alle freundlich.

Cons:

Teppich und schmales Bett. Kein Aufzug.

Enttäuschender Service
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten gebucht. Bei der Buchung wurde dies so akzeptiert. Nach der Bezahlung und nach dem Eintreffen in der Unterkunft ca 90 Minuten später, wurde uns mitgeteilt dass unserer Wahl nicht entsprochen werden kann. Man habe uns dies per App mitgeteilt. Diese Mitteilung wurde aber erst gesendet nachdem wir kostenpflichtig reserviert hatten. Wir haben uns beschwert und auf Rückerstattung bestanden. Dies wurde verweigert mit der Angabe sich an booking zu wenden. Ich habe dies nicht akzeptiert da das unternehmen die Option bereitgestellt hat und booking dies nicht wissen konnte.

Im folge des Streits wurden wir des Hauses verwiesen.
Beim Verlassen der Unterkunft versprach man uns Rückerstattung. Diese Anfrage wurde später verneint.

Für unsere Zwecke völlig zufriedenstellend
Pros:

Das Frühstück konnten wir leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen, weil dies sonntags erst ab 8.00 Uhr angeboten und wir bereits um 8.15 Uhr das Hotel verlassen haben.

Cons:

Die Standard Einzelzimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
