Em termo de hotelaria precisa melhorar para atender melhor os clientes.
Pros:

Gostei da educação dos recepcionistas.

Cons:

O corredor da onde fiquei estava sujo;
caí de uma cadeira no café da manhã quando sentei para tomar café, pois estava quebrada e eu n vi.
a luz do meu quarto queimada e a tv n funcionou.

Funcionários simpáticos, acolhedores e sempre tentando ajudar. A cama e a ducha são excelentes. Café da manhã simples, mas bastante saboroso.

Cons:

A região está ganhando destaque no ecoturismo e penso que o hotel possa se preparar melhor tanto no treinamento dos funcionários quanto na estrutura. Reitero que todos nos trataram muito bem, só faltam treinamentos mesmo. Muitas vezes eles não sabiam dar informações básicas e, no penúltimo dia, não consegui toalhas por conta do tempo de secagem. Pode se preparar para ter uma secadora e não depender do tempo (até por ser uma região bastante úmida. Enfim, faltam ajusto e espero ver essas mudanças positivas numa próxima estadia.

La habitación es fresca y cómoda. el desayuno es bastante aceptable.

El lugar Dianopolis, es espantoso, solo para pernoctar y seguir de largo pero si se pueden ahorrar no parar ahí recomiendo seguir de largo.
