Conveniently located comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good value for money.
Pros:

Conveniently located near the start of the walk to Sri Prada. Large bedroom and bathroom.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, it sank in the middle and it made noise when rolling over on the bed. It would be better to provide an extra sheet on the bed and blankets that fit the whole bed.

Close to the center and Adam's Peak entrance, with big quiet rooms and firm beds
Pros:

Very close to the center and the entrance of Adam's Peak, this place has big rooms with comfy but firm mattresses. Though it seems noisy from the outside, the hillside location makes the rooms very quiet. The bathroom was okay. We stayed one night and would recommend it. Hot water for tea was provided immediately upon request.

Cons:

The bathroom was okay, The hot water in our room wasn`t very hot. Some areas could use a lick of paint as it was a bit flaky mostly near the bottom of the walls.

Pros:

It is a fantastic hotel next to Adam's Peak trail with panoramic windows and a very helpful host. We have been staying here twice, and both times it was a great experience. Big comfortable rooms. Highly recommended. 👍

Seemed somewhat clean

Cons:

We couldn't change the booking
The manager girl who answered over the phone was very rude when trying to request a change
The card machine didn't work
The lemonade bottle had rust at mouth
Not many choices of food. Majority shown on menu was not available

Pros:

The hotel was clean and located in a great spot, very close to the starting point for hiking Adam’s Peak. The only downside was the lack of mosquito repellents in the rooms, so we were bitten during the night.

Pros:

Some of the most friendly and helpful hotel staff we encountered during our stay on the island. We would like to extend our special thanks for their organization of taxi service for us.

Cons:

The issue of mosquitoes requires a solution. Both of us were bitten during the night.

Ver good palce to beging climb to top of Adasm Peak.
Pros:

Location was excellent, staff were exceedingly helpful, room was large and clean, dinner was great.

Cons:

No sheet to cover, only blanket. Hot water was not very hot, breakfast choice was limited and breakfast was marginal.

Basic hotel at bottom of Adams Peak with correct value for money.
Pros:

Hotel is close to the start of the Sri Para Adams Peak climb. Ideal to start your journey at 2 AM. Hotel staff is really friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is correct value for money since the room rate is really low.

Cons:

The ventilation registers above the windows can't be closed. This leads to some noise of dogs at night. The mattress was not the best.
