Cons:

Bathroom too tight not originally bathroom only room extention too small to fit crowded i think and there was an iron cupboard in the shower i was afraid to open i thought it was electricity other than that everything is very good staff location beds all was so good but the bathroom was a down hill to me clean but crowded you can barely use it

One of the reception is rude , he is not polite, I was to check out at 12:30 and he calling and calling and he’s not talking to us politely

بنتي الرضيعة كانت تعبانة واول ما دخلنا الغرفة الله يكرمكم تقيأت على اللحاف شعرنا بالحرج واتصلنا بهم لكن تقبلوا الموضوع بصدر رحب وقالوا لنا اهم حاجة انتم كويسين؟ وبعتولنا لحاف اخر بسرعة
واحنا نازلين صلاة الظهر طلبنا تنضيف الغرفة يادوب رجعنا من الصلاة لقيناها ماشاء الله تبارك الله اتنضفت
وحطوا مياه وشاي
بصراحة اتمنى كل ما أنزل المدينة ننزل في هذا الفندق الرائع

Excellent Location and Services
Pros:

It's location, very close to the haram, and on the Rawdah side. Housekeeping services are very good, and Nauman provided excellent services. Restaurant at M floor is reasonable and Taha and Alaa are quite accommodating.

Cons:

They only have three lifts and sometimes you have to wait for long.

So clean and the receptionist are so welcoming

Cons:

The dinner is poor because they served me my dinner to the room and they delayed, while the waiter feels like we are disturbing him after they waisted our time for almost 2hrs.
Also the food was served with no drink or water as well

Fantastic family stay—clean, close to the Masjid, and exceptional service!
We had an amazing stay in Madinah with our two young kids. The hotel is very clean and located wonderfully close to the Masjid, making it incredibly convenient for family trips.
What truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality from the staff:
Room Service: Mr. Rayhan (Room Service Supervisor) was incredibly accommodating and quickly provided the perfect amount of bedding to meet our family's needs.
Dining: The Restaurant Manager and the Head of Food & Beverage provided flawless service, and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the food.
Front Desk & Sales: Mr. Ahmed Alhazmi at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and excellent service. Later, when we decided to extend our trip, Mr. Huzaifa (Sales Supervisor) made the booking extension seamless and hassle-free.
Our time in Madinah was perfect, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with young children!

A very comfortable and unforgettable stay beyond my expectations 👏🏽
Pros:

Cleanliness, professional staff especially Noman and Murad. The Food and beverage dept were excellent.

Cons:

A group of Guests that almost took over the entire property with their prayers and incantations. They were all over my floor preventing us from accessing our rooms!

Very near to Gate 305 of Masjid Al Haram. Even if you listen Adan you will get salah in Masjid Al Nabvi. The breakfast is very good open buffet please add some gravies in Nashta for Pakistani and Indian. The wall clock for time is missing in the room. Overall best.
