Perfect for a place to sleep and shower and get to Madinah Munawara
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly situated on the jannatul baqi side near the As Safiyyah Museum and Park. What stood out, was the customer service we received on our arrival. Our son had undergone an emergency operation on our arrival in Medinah and we moved hotels to be closer to the hospital. In my stress and sleep deprivation in running back and forth from hospital, I had accidently made a double booking selecting no refund on cancellation. I spoke to reception on my arrival and explained my error who immediately put me at ease and reassured me that they would correct the booking for me. Further, we had to leave for Makkah the moment we knew our son would be discharged as we had a small window of time to perform our Umrah before flying out. The hotel, were amazingly accommodating in allowing us to have the room a few hours longer past the check out time (without charge), giving time for my husband and younger son to return from the hospital and get ready in ehram (husband and older son), before leaving for Makkah. I wish I had taken the gentleman's name at reception. He was very compassionate, patient and understanding. May Allah swt reward him.

Cons:

Slight improvement would be the bathroom to be updated - specifically the shower cubicle. The water would seep through the shower door causing a large puddle in the bathroom. Also the Wifi in the room was not a good strength, however, I had an eSIM which gave me excellent connectivity.

Ajwaa Al Madinah Hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and its location is perfect—just a 3 to 5-minute walk to Al-Haram.

The reception staff were outstanding, friendly, and very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Mozammel from Bangladesh for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. He made our stay even more comfortable with his warm hospitality.

We truly appreciate the excellent service, warm welcome, and generous hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah, and I would definitely stay here again.
