Good comfortable safe hotel for business in the Diplomatic area of Delhi
Pros:

Very comfortable room. Breakfast and dinner was good. Staff were helpful

Cons:

More options for meals. Pool and gym facilities were difficult to access as they were owned by a 3rd party.

Pros:

The breakfast buffet is tremendous. The fitness gym is a true full facility. The staff are super attentive and accommodating.

Cons:

Only very minor things. Gym hours are limited, kettle didn't work.

Horrible Experience
Cons:

The hotel charged my card twice for the same days without my permission and delayed refunding the same. The refund was refund was received many days after I checked out and that too after repeated follow up.
Some refund is still due which hotel says is being refunded but the same has not been refunded even after a month.

Tired classic
Pros:

Great staff, esp the early hours manager. Helpful and chill.

Cons:

Music in the coffee shop all night keeping guests awake, car alarms that never get dealt to.No caroets in the rooms, the lobby still beautiful..but the rooms need a major refurbish, esp for the money they are asking.

If someone wish to stay in central delhi and doesn't have any other option then can stay here
Pros:

Only Location of the hotel was good

Cons:

The hotel is overcharging as per the facility and services offered by the hotel. Hotel rooms have old set up with crinching noise doors which are not maintained moreover the toilet gate doesn't close properly in almost all the rooms. Breakfast is just an average one and the food quality is below average.

I got very bad room fast but with request I talked to the manager about it and he changed my with very good condition room. Breakfast was great.

Nice lobby.

Cons:

It’s very old property our bathroom shower nail got loose and was on the floor.
It really needs renovation.
