Quarto e banheiro enorme, lugar lindo e aconchegante. O cheirinho do quarto maravilhoso, adorei os pequenos detalhes.
Beautiful property and spacious suite with a proper little garden. Everything was clean, friendly staff and calm setting. The pool area is also very nice.
Close to Franschhoek to explore near wineries.
There is room for improvement in the service of the restaurants. We waited over 30 minutes for our breakfast (toast with scrambled eggs) even though we mentioned we were in a rush. And during the dinner we ended up with two starters only (not indicated on the menu) and were not guided at all by the waiter about our choices.
Also the pool area only has 6 sun beds and some were reserved,but we’re not used by the other guests. Also there were no towels left at the pool and we asked for more but there were non left.

A beautiful property in extensive grounds. Very comfortable stay. Great breakfast!
The property is approx 12 minutes drive out of the centre of Franschhoek, so you either had to drive or take Ubers.
Ongelofelijk mooie plek met fantastisch personeel.Super upgrade gekregen betreft kamer/huis, ontbijt is meer dan goed.
Fantastic breakfast, good location and friendly staff. The estate is beautiful and it was a peaceful getaway
No pool towels, only given one set of towels (bath towel, bath sheet) despite two guests, only one bin for the room which was in the kitchenette. There were also no vanity type items (shower cap, earbuds, etc) and tissues.
All in all a nice boutique hotel within a nice estate (small lake, some gardens). Price / Value could have been better.
Service of the hotel staff was average, we had some requests and hotel could not help with any of those.

Location was great, room lovely and spacious, breakfast was well presented
Lack of facilities (restaurant) after 4pm, event that was held on site was very noisy
Service was very professional, everything was done for us, staff was amazing. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and they made it extra special with the extra surprises.

Alles war einfach perfekt. Das Personal war so freundlich, das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, die Landschaft traumhaft.

Bistro not open in the evening
Beautiful stylish large room with huge bathroom (junior suite) in a gorgeous setting. Breakfast was incredible both mornings with wonderful service from the staff in the restaurant. Gold buggy service from car park to room offered. Pool available to rest at on warm days and have drinks delivered to. Lovely bakery / deli on site for items to purchase. Easy to get Ubers to main town which was approx 15 mins drive
Our check in did not feel very personable and we were not told about any of the amenities / services available (e.g not shown where the pool is, not told that we were unable to order any food past 4pm which we were unaware of at time of booking as had planned to have dinner there night of arrival.) We also waited 40 mins for wine to be delivered after ordering and then having to visit front desk to check and although mentioned it was a birthday booking we didn’t not have any recognition of this at check in to the room.
