Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit, mais nous avons été upgradé dans une charmante maison cosy avec tous les équipements, ainsi qu’une belle terrasse et piscine, avec un personnel aux petits soins qui a même préparé un panier déjeuner avec croissants chauds pour nous le matin car nous partions à l’aube.

Beautiful estate and close to Franschoek to explore near wineries
Pros:

Beautiful property and spacious suite with a proper little garden. Everything was clean, friendly staff and calm setting. The pool area is also very nice.

Cons:

There is room for improvement in the service of the restaurants. We waited over 30 minutes for our breakfast (toast with scrambled eggs) even though we mentioned we were in a rush. And during the dinner we ended up with two starters only (not indicated on the menu) and were not guided at all by the waiter about our choices.
Also the pool area only has 6 sun beds and some were reserved,but we’re not used by the other guests. Also there were no towels left at the pool and we asked for more but there were non left.

Comfortable stay in a relaxing environment
Pros:

A beautiful property in extensive grounds. Very comfortable stay. Great breakfast!

Cons:

The property is approx 12 minutes drive out of the centre of Franschhoek, so you either had to drive or take Ubers.

We had a pleasant stay at La Paris. Comfortable and fantastic breakfasts
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast, good location and friendly staff. The estate is beautiful and it was a peaceful getaway

Cons:

No pool towels, only given one set of towels (bath towel, bath sheet) despite two guests, only one bin for the room which was in the kitchenette. There were also no vanity type items (shower cap, earbuds, etc) and tissues.

nice hotel but not worth the price
Pros:

All in all a nice boutique hotel within a nice estate (small lake, some gardens). Price / Value could have been better.

Cons:

Service of the hotel staff was average, we had some requests and hotel could not help with any of those.

10th wedding anniversary
Pros:

Service was very professional, everything was done for us, staff was amazing. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and they made it extra special with the extra surprises.
