Was man auf den Bildern nicht sieht, ist der Geruch....

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Starker Geruch von Frittierfett im Flur und auch noch im Hotelzimmer. Entgegen der angegebenen Frühstückszeit fehlende Bereitschaft, Frühstück ab 7 Uhr anzubieten (musste dafür zum Bäcker am Marktplatz laufen). Personal wirkt häufig überfordert.

Pros:

The Location is in the middle of Glückstadt. The Staff is nice and friendly. We have one glass broken by accident and they don't want extra money for it. The room is spacious, modern, tidy, cozy and clean. Our room have Clocktower view also. 10/10 recommend.

Vom Bahnhof 5 min zu Fuß und mit ca. 50 min Direktverbindung auch eine Alternative zu Hamburg selbst. Gut am zentralen Platz der Altstadt gelegen. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist sehr gut, wir waren 2 x da, sowohl Matjes als auch Pfifferlinge waren einwandfrei. Das Frühstück wird am Vortag bestellt und serviert, reichhaltig und sehr gut, es kann auch noch was nachbestellte, eine umweltfreundliche Alternative zum Buffet. Eigentümer und Personal sind sehr nett.

Cons:

Ein Bodenleger hatte noch während bester Frühstückszeit angefangen mit einer kreischend lauten Säge, das Laminat auszubessern.

Trevligt lite lantligt hotel
Pros:

Det ligger fint trots att det inte finns något i närheten att se eller göra i omgivningarna. Fin resturang och bra bar med god öl och vin.
Trevlig personal och hjälpsamma,hit åker jag gärna igen.

Cons:

Det enda som jag inte var nöjd med var kuddarna. De var för hårda för min nacke.
